They are treated and discharged and when they can't or don't pay the bill the hospital and the physican's medical group pass that onto the cost for people with insurance and your taxes help subsidize the hospital's charity care.

President Obama was correct to exclude him from the meetings he had with other heads of State. He's just another dumb conservative. I hope he looses the next election and we can send him into obscurity. He's a disgrace, and only interested in protecting his Province of Alberta and the tar sands that is causing so much damage to the enviornment.”
