A Fistula-Free Generation Is Possible

“A great article, an inspiring one! We are working at HOPE Foundation for Women & Children of Bangladesh( www.hopeforbangladesh.org) to eradicate obstetric fistula from the southern part of Bangladesh through our fistula care program through the support of none other that The Fistula Foundation, the largest private fistula care organization in the world, and also through the support of eminent fistula surgeon Steven Arrowsmith, MD. Also, we are training midwives to serve the rural mothers to give safe birth which seems to be the best way to prevent fistula. Indeed, it is inspiring to learn the success of EngenderHealth's fistula program in Uganda and worldwide. Salute to all who are involved in this work worldwide!!”

Everyone one of them desperately need help but they feel weak and embarrassed to even ask for help. Thanks to The Fistula foundation for doing amazing work helping these women to reclaim their lives.”
