“Free? Free? Freedom to do what? To live out your life as if you are the only human who matters and to hell with everything and everybody else?
All rich countries are not capitalist. You forgot China, for one. And all poor countries aren't either dictatorships or socialist. You've no doubt noticed that the U.S. always seems to support with money, arms, or whatever, countries with dictators, especially if that country has oil or another resource we want (i.e., tungsten, South Vietnam). Remember that hideous 10-year old war for "freedom," and "to keep all of Southeast Asia free from Communism." We killed about 5 million Vietnamese with bombs, bullets and horrific, DNA damaging chemicals, and untold thousands of Cambodians (pre-Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge, who killed about 2 million Cambodians in his quest to make Cambodia the Rice Capitol of Asia).
Socialism? Britain has socialized medicine. I've not heard of the British government treating its citizens as would a dictator. Medicare is socialism but the Tea Baggers, who want to be FREE, don't want the government to touch it.
Capitalism? You're undoubtedly aware that capitalism is built on exploitation of natural resources combined with private ownership and to hell with rules on pollution of the air, poisoning of the waters poisoning of the soil Since the world's natural resources are rapidly being depleted, polluted and poisoned and for humans to continue to exist on Mother Earth then capitalism will and must be changed.”

Obviously the Honduran armed forces will or could potentially be used in the future war 'gainst Chavez and the Venezuelan armed forces.
The bad dude wants the Venezuelan oil and means to get it, one way or another.
Now, who is destabilizing South America?
One shouldn't forget that the bad dude once, some years back, invaded Vietnam for fear of Communism. This invasion had the effect of destabilizing the whole region fo Southeast Asia. Remember "The Killing Fields?"
So, now the bad dude has to worry and be afraid, be very afraid of Communism in Central and South America and Terrorism in the Middle East and is spending prodigious amounts of money, which it doesn't have, in combatting those two "isms" with all its might.
Meanwhile, within the territory of the bad dude, conditions are rapidly deteriorating. The bad dude's government only has money for banks, corporations and its military adventures. None for its people, "We can't afford it" it says. The people have only perpetual war to look forward to.”

Tonight President Obama, surrounded by the future officer corps of the Army who're being trained to protect the interests of the declining and bankrupt empire, will speak to the entire Nation about his decision to send some 30,000 additional troops to that cemetary of empires, Afghanistan.
You'd think Obama would know better than to pursue this course into the abyss of flaming, corrupt, deadly, wasteful Afghanistan, but, alas, you thought wrong.
