Lieberman's Right on Fort Hood

"There have been previous attacks by US servicemen on their comrades in Iraq. Last September, an Army sergeant, Joseph Bozicevich, shot dead two other soldiers at a base south of Baghdad."

"In November 2006, Staff Sgt Alberto Martinez, a New York National Guardsman, was charged with murdering two officers in an explosion at one of Saddam Hussein's former palaces."

"The previous year, Sgt Hasan Akbar, of the 101st Airborne Division, was sentenced to death after being convicted of killing two officers and wounding 14 after he threw grenades into tents and then opened fire on fellow soldiers."

Why is mental health the issue in Sgt. Russell's case but Terrorism the issue in Majot Hasan's case? One is a Muslim and or Arab descent and the other is not? Lieberman, as the Chairman of the the SHSC mayu investigate the matter, however, I think his investigation is political”

The Obama Health Initiative Should Start With The Right Example In The White House

Commented Nov 20, 2009 at 18:54:53 in Living

“By the headline, I thought that the White House franchises for McDonald's and Burger King and Ben & Jerry's and Pizza Hut and Kentuchy Fried Chicken, and eliminating the White House chefs for fast food servers. If you the good doctor is concerned about what those who make our health care laws eat, it seems that he published and incomplete article. What do member of Congress and Federal Judiciary eat in their homes and offices? When do we get that report?”

“Eric Daniels I'm a Fan: I normally do not fan posters, but you're special. She is teaching high school but the way she talks you would think she is teaching Pd.D progarms at the University of Oxford, UK. They are all experts on Blacks on the issues of race; but, everything they project on Black people is rampant within their race: Lack of Education, out of wedlock pregnancies (I wonder why they will kill for their abortion rights); drug and alcohol abuse, prostitution (aka Call Girls, Play Boy Bunnies, etc), and most of all hatred. yet, if you see how they are disecting the fallibilities of the Black race, you would think that they are saints right out of Heaven. Just Amazing!”

“Come down from your high horses with your meritocracy myth! If education is the only reason Blacks are not getting jobs, then explain why Black African Immigrants can be the most educated in the United States yet they are the least employed. I'm sure your Eurocentric education did not teach you that. See here: http://links.jstor.org/sici?sici=1077-3711%28199924%2F200024%290%3A26%3C60%3AAIITUS%3E2.0.CO%3B2-A

If you are as educated as you claim to be, you should be able to access this article. Racism is the reason Blacks are not as successful. Whites do not need the qualifications to get jobs that are way over their head. The drop-out rate for White is equally high as minorities. What percent of Whites hold a college degree in places like Ohio, Idaho, Indiana and Pennsylvania? The time for White propaganda is over, the internet is a window into the White meritocracy myth.”

The Black Middle Class

Commented Nov 15, 2009 at 16:03:48 in New York

“The "the poor and minorities" did not bankrupt our system, it is the thieves on Wall Street and Bankers. Does the name Madoff ring a bell? $50 dollars looted by one man alone; fraudulent, predatory loan terms. This was pre-palnned, in my view, to disposess minorities what they worked hard to gain. The criminals came up with subprime loans. Blacks in Congress dropped the ball also, because they did not ask the hard questions when the thieves were devicing all sorts of fraudelent mechanisms to rape the people, like ARM loans, interest only laons, etc. What is galling is that the crooks who looted the money in the first place are the ones being given the money in the name of a "bail-out." Honestly, I do not know what the Black elected officials are doing in Congress. Soon, we will see enter the battle for immigration reform. The Hispanic delegation are ready to rumble. What will the Congressional Black Caucus do to insure that whatever bill is on the table addresses the current immigration equity against people of African descent? We will see.”

“I was just thinking about the history of Palestanians and Israelis the other day, and whether there can ever be peace between them. I realized that if there was going to be peace, they would have had it by now. What reminded me of the long history of war between these nations was the biblical story of Samson and Delilah (Sp?). If they have not been able to resolve their disputes by now, it will never happen. So, what is the solution? Let them enjoy their miserable and war-mongering existence. If they do not want peace and tranquility, why should the rest of the world waste time, energy and resources trying to beg them not to kill each other. The seem to enjoy killing each other. They have become serious distractions on the world stage. It's time that the rest of the world communities refocuse their energy and attention to countries where peace is possible. A leopard can never change its spot. From Samson and Delilah to the present day is a very, very, long time for these brothers not to make peace among themselves, for their own good.”

What America Can Learn from a Black Girl Named "Precious"

Commented Nov 11, 2009 at 17:25:54 in Entertainment

“Good for you! Those who want you to forget about it are those who benefit from the status quo. Subject them to a fraction of 1/1000th of what they dish out and want you to forget, they would bolt. Have you heard of the White South Africans bolting and flooding to this country because they could not take Black majority rule there. Think what they would do if they were subjected to the same conditions of Apartheid they subjected to Black South Africans. It's the same mentality in this country. They like to dish it but would be unable to take it if it were the other way around. Never forget it!”

What America Can Learn from a Black Girl Named "Precious"

Commented Nov 11, 2009 at 16:34:11 in Entertainment

“Ms. Rodriguez:

This is an excellent article; however, I am sorry to inform you that "Precious", like many other previous movies like it, will never teach America anything. The majority loves the way things are, so movies like "Precious" presents a pesky annoyance to their order of things. The mere term "Black Slavery " is offensive to the majority let alone trying to convince them to change their ways for a better society. As the poster above stated: They are "tired of the constant harping on race that is America." This is a line that resonates among the dominant majority. Don't hold your breath. Unfortunately, most minorities have accepted the status quo.”

Why would they give you everything you need to be self-sufficient if your dependence on them is vital to their economic and national security. Let me break it down to you, these Europeans and Americans do not give a damn about Africa! Obama canot do much by himself. You ar misguided if you think that Obama will snap his fingers and aids will pour in. You have the brain in Africa to build whatever you need; however, your (African Leaders) bad governance and corruption have driven African brain to Europe and the Americas, among others. If you need heavy equipment, you have to build it yourself because the people you are looking to help you will never give the technology to you! They need Africa's dependence on them. You better go back and study the history of the people you are dealing with!

Russia "Nyet!" and China "Bu Shi!" to Tougher Iran Sanctions

Commented Oct 17, 2009 at 13:16:27 in World

“Because each county is looking out for its national interest. For the U.S., Israel is our national interest. For China, Iranian oil is. Fore Russia, arms sales to Iran is. So, what is difficult to understand why China would say "Bu shi" (no) and Russia "Nyet" (no) on sanctions against Iran. I'm sure you already knew that.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! If this piece did not answer the question for those wondering why he won, nothing can. For me, the key is this, which I posted last week , but rearticulated better than Moore!

"The Peace Prize historically has been given to those who have worked to throw off the yoke of racial discrimination and segregation (Martin Luther King, Jr., Desmond Tutu). I think the Nobel committee, in awarding Obama the prize, was also rewarding the fact that something profound had happened in a nation that was founded on racial genocide, built on racist slavery, and held back for a hundred-plus years by vestiges of hateful bigotry (which can still be found on display at teabagger rallies and daily talk radio)."”

“I think Iran already has it. It's a matter of time before they declare that they have it. Remember that we did not know that India and Pakistan had them until they staged their fake threat of nuclear war, by conducting nuclear tests, to throw off the Western goyims. Now, instead of the so-called West asking, how did you get these weapons or talking sanctions, for acquiring them, India and Pakistan got them running in circles, begging India and Pakistan not to nuke each other. All the while, the new nuke powers, who had no intention of nuking each other, are sitting around laughing at the West, as they join nuke club, quietly. As much as I hate that someone just sat down and all he or she though about was: Hmmmm, how can invent a bomb that can kill as many people as possible? Since the fool came up with this horrible weapon, we all should disarm ourselves of it or just shut up when others want to get it.”

“Do you believe in the saying that "History reapeats itself."? If you do, what country does history say used nulear bomb on innocet civilians? If you answer that question and you assume that everyone believe that history repeats itself, what country is likely to use nuclear weapon on another nation? Based on your answer, do you think other nations have the right to build nuclear weapons as insurance against nuclear weapons being dropped on their own soil? While some of you view the realities of the world from a tunnel vision, the rest of the world have a view from a more broad angle. If you do not want any other nation building nuclear weapons, then you must disarm yourself of nuclear weapons. That's the only answer to nuclear non-proliferation. Anything else is hypocritical!”
