“I saw the movie tonigh - it was amazing! It's joyous and exuberant - and yet sad. So sad to realize that we will never again be able to see him create and teach and share his amazing gifts with others. The movie is such a wonderful portrait of a true artist and a loving, caring man. Thank you to all those involved in this project - Kenny Ortega, Michael Bearden, Travis Payne - all the terrific singers and dancers and crew - and to Michael's family as well - for sharing this experience with us all. And most of all thanks to Michael - your music and l.o.v.e. will live forever.”
