“I like movies with GOOD dialogue and a STRONG, SMART plot, not some story that's completely clichéd and totally washed up with boring lines that are forgettable. Simple as that.
I admit that the Na'vi language is cool, and the effects are great, but the STORY being told, and the DIALOGUE used is MORE important than the new effects being used!”

“Exactly how am I bringing religion into this?... You're calling something "morality" wrong, when I find nothing wrong with having the ability to get a LEGAL procedure done safely, rather than in a back alley. By using the term "moral," you are bringing your beliefs, probably gained through your church, into the argument.
Having the ability to not be forced into birth when one cannot afford the repercussions of pregnancy is NOT moral bankruptcy, but you claiming that it is forces your beliefs on others who do NOT agree!”

“How many children in this country live in orphanages or foster homes, waiting to be adopted? How many of those kids have you personally helped? And why is wanting to have a lower number of those kids stuck in horrible lives a bad thing?”
mithras93 replied on Nov 10, 2009 at 14:22:43
“Wanting to have fewer of those kids is a good thing. Wanting to kill children is not. Dressing abortion up in feel-good euphemism does not get rid of the fact that what we are talking about is taking a human life.”

“Exactly! Sex is a natural part of life, and since we find pleasure in the act, why are we forced to abstain from something that makes us feel good? A healthy sex life can make the rest of your life better and give you a better outlook on life.
Unfortunately, even when birth control is used, it's NOT 100% effective. So why are those who CANNOT get pregnant the main people voting on whether or not those of us who CAN have a chance to get rid of an unwanted embryo/fetus? After all, in the long run, it saves EVERYONE money instead of costing them more for years of healthcare for a child!”
