After the election, Instead of repealing DOMA, Obama's administration issued legal briefs in support of it comparing a gay California couple's marriage to incest and child sexual abuse.
Obama's promise to repeal Don't Ask:has been delayed and delayed again. First Obama asked Congress not to consider repealing it this year. Now Obama want Congress to delay a repeal until after 2010 elections. In the mean time, Obama is doing everything in his power to separate gay soldiers from the military.
