I'm a little worse for wear myself. I was carrying big basket of laundry down back stair when a very rambunctious cat came flying down the steps, took me off guard and down the stairs I tumbled, hitting body parts I didn't even know I had along the way. Major OUCH!

“I'm fine - after a good night's sleep. 7.30am - and I JUST got up. Seems I get up with the daylight. In the summer I'm up by 5am, feed my babies, make my coffee and wander outside to see what I'm going to do out there for the day. In the winter - not so much.

Split level house and just descending seven stairs (down to the den) with water in hand when something similar happened - and I bounced down six of those steps bruising my tail bone. Guess what? I never spilled a drop of water but I walked doubled over for a few days. Husband declared that I 'was tough!' ------- I was, and I am!”
