“Hans Blix the chairman of UNSCOM released his report to the UN few weeks before the invasion stating that they found no WMD so far and within a month would be able to assert with certainty if WMD is in Iraq. That was not good news for Bush. They stopped a vote in the UN (based on Blix's team findings) because of no support from the other members in the security counsel except Britain. They thought they can still legally go to war by accusing Saddam of breaking the cease fire because he was shooting at US warplanes flying over his head (which is completely illegal)

Bush was able to convince a majority of ignorant americans that Saddam is a danger to us. Well imagine this! This man is too dangerous to our national security that for 12 years (from 3-1991 to 3-2003) he failed to shoot down ONE SINGLE american airplane which fly over his country daily (meaning thousands of thousands) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO IS THE LIAR in all this?

“Hajj is one of the 5 pillars of Islam and the most lucrative of all 5. It is, like any religion, about power control and money. It defies logic and that's why it always leaves the door open for interpretation.
So the saoudi government can not check on millions of muslims who pour into their country within a short period of time to abide by their strict sharia law, i.e: women can't go out without a guardian. Plus they can't enforce such a law because each country is given certain autonomy in handling their people's affair. The Saudis can't handle everything.
Saudi authorities also can not ban shiites from attending hajj because they would invite a civil war in the muslim world etc etc...
So basically your point is not valid at all.. It's just another way, by religious people, of putting a nice face on their belief system that the facts ( gathered over 14 centuries and up to 3000 years) contradict.
