9/12 March 'Tea Party' Photo: False Image Spread By Anti-Reform Activists

“I am fairly progressive with respect to my views on most subjects. It is usually difficult for me to find anything redeeming fro the Right Wing-nuts (e.g. Birthers, Teabaggers, Palinites, etc.); However, the recent demonstration in Washington of Saturday (9/12) did make me think that the point dealing with being fed-up with Washington is a good one. Listen up Liberals. Why do we still get Pork? Why no regulation of Banks and Wall Street? Why are a bunch of Congressmen and Senators on the take from the Health Insurance and Drug industry determining our health care policy and program? What ever happen to accountability for committing crime while in public Office? Are a few low ranking women in the Military following orders the best you can do? Why do we need THREE auto manufacturers? Here I do trust capitalism to weed out chaff from the wheat. Why can't we have decent public transportation as a first start to global warming? OK Democrats get your party in order and recognize that you are not much different than the RightWing Nuts (or Tips) unless you quit talking and really gives us change!”
VP Debate: Who Won... Reactions, News Analysis

“his is almost totally insane. Since when are “relative” expectations a measurement for who is qualified to perform the duty of The Vice President? I am flabbergasted at how the media seems to think its all ok to use expectations as the grade on whether someone has the base understanding, knowledge, and judgment to be a heart beat away from the most powerful position in the world. What is worse, is the number of the public who are buying in on this farce. Folks just because we like a person who is folksy and who might be a delight at a Bar B Q, doesn’t mean that the person is ready to be VP. Given the most dire of situations in the economy, foreign policy, health care, and education; Think about Sarah Palin leading the charge? If Democrats want to put up with this garbage without calling this stupidity for what it is, then let me remind you of the rush to go to war and the use of Swift boating . Are we as a society giving up on education and knowledge in place of folksy good old chums who are great to be with and thus qualified to be Vice President. Its frightening; we are seeing the enemy and its us! Bob Landis”
Clinton emphatically says Obama can win White House

“The ABC debate from Philadelphia was a real hack job, and as a dedicated viewer of “This Week” and “World News”, I am pulling the switch. George Stephanopolous apparently never left the Clinton payroll. He and Gibson for nearly an hour rehashed stupid air-headed questions that are unimportant to selecting a President. What’s more, most of their slams were one-sided against Obama. Count the questions, look at the time. Yes Charley that’s why you got behind in your allocated time to Hillary. The question on Ayers to Obama was a real sophomoric performance by Stephanopolous, who caved to the right wing and rehashed some old gossip. The question would have made HALF sense if the relevance was explained. Do Presidential Candidates have to dump every they know if that person has made a mistake? Even if the Candidate rejects that mistake? The allocation that Obama sat on a Board for a CHARITY event with someone who made a mistake is not a Gaffe, What was that CHARITY event for? Important information I think if you want to raise such a stupid question. When the George and Charley debacle finely got to some substance, and Hillary suggests Massive retaliation on Iran, there is not follow-up. She is suggesting a Major foreign policy change, and a bellicose one at that. Who in the media has the cahunas to lead in trying to get information to the public? And, to lead fairly rather than wiping the bottom? Bob Landis”
