“They do need more hospitals for sure. The clinics aren't very well equipped like the hospitals are. All around more needs to be done. But, just like with the gun debate, it will only last as long as our short term ire will last. That's the sad thing. Imagine if people weren't so reactionary to phony stories in the 2010 election. So much would have gotten done by now. So many good things could have been in the books and we wouldn't have to debate whether or not something will work as it would already be working.”
“Actually, it's the hospitals, too. People can't get appointments with specialists for months.”

“Don't forget those administrators making six-figures-a-year whose indifference helps to bog down the process.”

“The clerks do what the administrators insist they do.”

“Balderdash. Utter nonsense.
Can't make appointments if there's not enough medical resources.
You really believe that appointment makers didn't make appointments because they just "forgot?"
This is a failure from the DoD, to the White House (CIO), to the VA - brought to us by a Congress that refuses to pay for Veteran care.
Supported by the American people that vote for the Republicans that refuse that care.
Can't get Veterans registered if the DoD computer systems can't work with VA systems.
Fixing that would take money.
Can't get new Veterans treated if the DoD doctors discharge them without treatment plans while they wait 600 days to be registered.
Fixing that would take money.
Americans just don't want to pay for Veterans.
They want budget cuts.
Happy Veterans Day.

“I am trying to find out how many new VA hospitals has Obama built since taking office? Oh thats right -- ZERO!! GWBUSH built 7 new VA hospitals as well as WRMC in DC.”
GaPony on May 25, 2014 at 12:29:47
“The VA needs far more hospitals and clinics. The lack of facilities and resources leads to the shenanigans on the "clerical" side. Its a problem that will take 50 years to fix, that should have started over 50 years ago.”
“This is very sad. This girl was absolutely stunning. Nothing is secret these days though. It's just unfortunate that being bullied as an adult has to now go into the "con" column when making a choice to do something to make a few bucks. It's already not an easy decision to do these things. I feel really sad that a light was put out way too early. Trolls really have to get under control here. How many people have to kill themselves before we take responsibility. So many mean spirited people out there. Myself included. I love to leave negative yelp reviews. I don't ever remember to leave positive ones because those don't stick in my head.”
“Well, SHELL & EXXON won large oil rich fields with the US military protecting them and the Oil Ministry, while the rest of the town was sacked..... Halliburton won lucrative "no bid" contracts..... Bush/Cheney won the "war criminals" of the year award, as far as the rest of the world was concerned...... We, the US Military won the "welcomed as heros" badge...... Yep... that's what we won......
Saddam H said before he was hung, that "bush was the great devil" & he was right.... aft the Saddam plug was pulled the entire mid east began to crumble....
Joe Blow is trying Rove's "projection flipping"..... the infrastructure part is to die for, eh?..... that is a joke, right?”
“Karl Rove has accomplished his goal already. He can be the bad guy again and it still not make a bit of difference to the GOP and whoever they plan on running in 2016 AND we are all still talking about Hillary Clinton and considering this ridiculous premise....even going so far as to continue asking the question about his claim's validity. That is how Karl Rove won this argument. It never mattered whether or not it was true. All that mattered is that it got mentioned several times.”
“Here's what bothers me...the media still playing the objective party when corrections are absolutely needed. I think it's great that the interviewer presses Cruz about the possibilities of repealing Obamacare while Obama is still president, but when Cruz says things that aren't true right after that, Jonathan Karl just lets a perfect opportunity to present facts slip away. I know it's like addressing a troll when one has to talk to Cruz, but the press needs to hammer these people. One: It's not as unpopular as the GOP likes to say it is. Two: Millions of jobs have not been lost and BTW, if that were ever a care of the GOP, jobs would never be lost...EVER, but they don't actually care. They didn't care when Bush was still president January 2008 and that month 750k jobs were lost...in one month. Back then there was no rush on the part of the GOP to address that. Deals to get dem votes had to be struck.”
“Yeah, but Cuccinelli is kinda for state control of women's bodies. In fact, that's not the future that is straight up now in Virginia. To worry so much about liberals doing it when all across this country conservatives have been coming up with laws in their states that are big Orwellian government moves. But, it's women, poor, and people of color that are effected so it's not a big deal.”
“They detail the tort reform states in the movie Hot Coffee. It's so interesting that the GOP pushes for it all the time. That doesn't work. And there really is no abuse in malpractice law. If there is, it's because there is abuse in everything. ”
“they vote conservative. Seriously. They don't vote social conservative though. Example, Carl DeMaio is a mega conservative gay man from San Diego. Not a social conservative, obviously, but a union busting small government conservative who ran for mayor and lost....to Bob Filner last year.”
“We are totally screwed. They lose...they keep losing and yet...they keep insisting their way is the only way. Their way ended the middle class. The GOP needs to forget about defunding the ACA and get freaking real for once.”
