I'm pretty upset over the economy and the war and day to day challenges, but I've manged to not be obese. As a nation, we do not eat in a healthy way because it is a lot of work to do so. However, I suggest that when you move more and eat in a healthy way, the depression subsides. If your theory is correct, you will begin to eat less as you take the steps to feel better and healthier, without putting a number to it.”
