IMO, GWB never ACTIVELY pursued the quest. He was complacent (left things to Cheney?). Napoleon / AH probably worked 20 hour days to fulfill their visions. That was TOO MUCH work for Dubya...! It interfered with his vacation, bike riding, golfing, brush clearing activities­..! Imagine how much worse things could have been IF he DID spend time on it..!”
