“Well, if you're talking about healthcare, he can keep shoving, because I for one want reform!”

zipowitz replied on Nov 03, 2009 at 13:45:42

“Yes but do you want what Congress is proposing right now. Over $1.2 Trillion dollars and it doesn't cover everyone and creates over 100 new bureaucracies. To say you want reform is fine but to accept ANYTHING would be ridiculous.”

Fox News Is the Story

Commented Oct 22, 2009 at 22:03:47 in Media

“Fox never talks about anything that has anything to do with Rethugs, they just attack, attack, attack. Nothing of substance, just anything to make the President look bad. NO substance, nothing, NADA.

I'm glad he's calling them out for the liars that they are!”

Katiebar replied on Oct 22, 2009 at 22:24:11

“Simply reporting what the president does, unfortunately, does makes him look bad. That' s why it is imperative to silence the critics. If you can't slant it our way, get out of the way. Demonization of enemies, to wipe them from the board or silence them, is the order of the day.”

“During the Bush administration, didn't Fox get a fax every morning with the talking points of the day? I think Joe S. gets them now. Every morning he starts out with his blathering about the Obama administration.”

wethepeople3884 replied on Oct 22, 2009 at 23:32:36

“Hate to break this to you but Joe S is a republican. He just has a head on his shoulders and actually thinks through the reality of these policies rather than bashing them outright merely because a democrat is in office.... Its called thinking - FOX should try it some time.”

Former First Daughters: Where Are They Now? (SLIDESHOW)

Commented Jan 31, 2009 at 16:23:43 in Style

“As much as the Bushies and Cheyneys believed in war, it really was strange that none of their offspring volunteered to go and help the cause.”

drock973 replied on Jan 31, 2009 at 23:38:24

“How come LBJ's daughters didn't volunteer?”

JulieSA replied on Jan 31, 2009 at 22:05:40

“Why didn't Chelsea sign up when mom for voted for war?”

JulieSA replied on Jan 31, 2009 at 20:45:41

“Yeah funny how Senator Clinton and Senator Edwards' daughters didn't go either, even though their parents voted for the Iraq war, and Clinton still supports the escalation in Afghanistan. Why hasn't Chelsea signed up for Afghanistan?

See how this works?

If the chickenhawk argument is so important to you, why did you vote against McCain, who has served, and who pushed for the surge just as his son was entering the Marine Corps?”

Sparty1 replied on Jan 31, 2009 at 20:01:45

“Oh goodness no. You heard Romney when asked about his sons signing up for the war. Didn't it go something like "My son's too good for that." or something like that. That's how they all feel. Now our kids can go with no problem, but not theirs.”

Commented Dec 28, 2008 at 20:46:40 in Politics

“You know, when the man threw the shoe at President Bush, I thought it was reprehensible that anyone would treat a sitting US President that way, it was really disrespectful!

I also think that this is disrespectful. Barack Obama is the next President of these United States and he should be given the same respect that any other President would be given. Republicans will never learn, they are making more and more people dislike them.”

coolekat replied on Dec 28, 2008 at 22:14:19

senorlou replied on Dec 28, 2008 at 21:13:56

“Bush, at the very least, deserved those shoes tossed in his face for all he'd done to Iraq. Seems nobody is going to put him in the Hague, at least not now. It was a brave gesture IMO. Somebody should have stood up to him a long, long time ago.”

levi501 replied on Dec 28, 2008 at 20:58:30
