“Who's not allowing the police to do their investigation? Don't say Tiger, because it is his right not to give them a statement, if he doesn't want to. It's not up to how others twist it in their minds. It's the law. It's also the duty of the police to do their investigation with or without that statement.

“Well he got himself a lawyer. He talked to the public, but refuses to allow the cops to clear him of any wrong doing. So he himself is feeding the speculation. Standard procedure in car wrecks with injuries is a blood test for booze and dope and none was done. Something smells.Forget that the law says he doesn't have to talk to the cops, he should do the right thing. Clear his name and put this behind him. What he is doing now just makes him look like he s hiding something.”

“If alcohol is suspected, then a breathalyzer test is administered. If the test shows alcohol in the breath, then a blood test is administered to tell the actual blood/alcohol level. Drugs can only be ascertained with a blood or urine test, and all the tests can be done in a hospital.”

“You can't simply speculate that someone coulda woulda shoulda done a test on him. If the police did such a test, there should be a record. There is no need to speculate or ask me "Whatdaya Think, huh?" as if you know...or even have the slightest reason to think it's obvious that a hospital would just do this as a matter of course. His private doctors would have to keep his medical results confidential, so for legal evidence to be used in an investigation, Woods would have to consent to more public testing procedures. I don't see any evidence he is cooperating with an investigation.”

“Just checking all the posts here---its amazing how many people dont know they dont have to answer that knock; or even go to police station if not under arrest to answer any questions; and that they dont have to answer any question to police even if they ARE under arrest until they speak with a lawyer”
