New Moon Reviews FLYING In: Movie Critiqued Hours After Debut

“People just hate on what is popular. If it had become a cult classic (which is what they thought it was going to be) instead of huge a hit, it would have gotten more respect from critics. Some movies (and books) just aren't for everybody. And those seem to be the best ones, IMO.”

Then she crammed it full of Mormon nonsense for good measure (yeah, I'm sure the centuries old "hottie" vampire would never have sex and, ugh, "Renesmee"). Then she sprinkled in some cliche werewolf vs. vampire shtick because she's so original.
Oh and even Steven King even weighed in on Meyer:
"...Stephenie Meyer can't write worth a darn. She's not very good."”
