“Seconded. However, the problem is not that Democrats are saying they will vote Republican. They're saying they won't vote at all, which will have the same result. Or, as the gentleman who responded to my post said, they will vote for a third party candidate, which will have the same outcome. Just before the last election, I received an email from a Republican candidate for state legislature (a first). His single issue was reducing property taxes, and he wanted my vote. I am disabled. All the programs that help me are administered by the county, and I am scared to death of what this yahoo will do. So stay home, Democrats. Make your point. But I don't want to hear any whining when you are standing in line at the food bank.”
