“That's right. I saw it. She was holding up her own card knowing the camera was on her the whole time. If she gets her identity stolen she's the one to blame. Not the DNC. Stop it HuffPo, this is just an advertisement for the identity theft companies.”
“Alas "...um, the, the, ah, again — I probably can't speak to that in an exact way so I better just not," he said. --- The GOP battle cry. Kinda hard to defend something when you don't know what you're defending huh Cantor...
They keep saying they'll save the day but won't explain how because they don't know or agree on how.
How is anyone supposed to vote for someone who can't tell you what they are going to do or how they are going to do it? People who have made up their minds already to vote GOP this year need their heads examined.”

“Oh, they know what they intend to do. They just don't want you to know before election day.”
“Picture it, your running for president. The highest office in the country. You are talking to a group of people. Wanting to put your best foot forward. That was not a flub. It was his real view leaking out.”
“The 3 day "Obama Failed" fest last week was brought to you by nearly 4 years of obstructionist assault and now Repubs want to beat their chests about how bad things are for the American people.
You want to know who to blame? Look in the mirror GOP. It's your fault things are as bad as you say. You stood in the way of progress to spite. You didn't care about all of the suffering, you wanted President Obama to fail to set your party up to try to swoop in and save the day later. The bottom line is the GOP's political gain is more important than people. I can't freaking believe there aren't more people jumping up and down about this.”

if government had grown like it did under reagan, we'd be closer to 7% UE.
for one example.
If republicans hadn't blocked every jobs bill since Feb 2009?
Down under 6% unemployment.”
“While I don't prefer rap music much myself, I must say that there is rap music out there that is not profanity filled and callous. His comments have nothing to do with him being a rapper and everything to do with him being completely and totally I-G-N-O-R-A-N-T.”
“You just contradicted yourself. Cervical cancer is NOT contagious. You are referring to "the HPV virus" as being contagious.
There are hundreds of types of HPV. Certain types of HPV virus do not cause any symptoms and do not cause disease.
CERTAIN TYPES of the HPV virus cause cervical cancer. There is also cervical cancer that can occur that is NOT caused by HPV. Do some research before you accuse someone of having lack of knowledge on an issue.
If a woman is going to be sexually active and wishes to have the vaccine, that should be HER choice, not the state's demand.”
turfkiller on Jun 24, 2012 at 09:36:58
“I don't have unrealistic expectations for the vaccination. You have unrealistic expectation for human behavior and the state. The state is us. The state is our daughters and sons. The state can protect it's citizens from unnecessarily illnesses and disease caused by the few who are irresponsible and those of the the anti-enlightment league.
If the individual's choices affect only the individual then the state (us) have no right to interfer but this like all vaccinations affects others as well. It's the reason smokers can be confined to seperate areas. Bussinesses can be confined to special zones.”
“Give me a break. This isn't whooping cough we're talking about. Last time I checked cervical cancer isn't contagious and turning down a vaccination for it isn't endangering anyone else. As for your "unnecessarily and without good cause" verbage, there are plenty of people who have questions, concerns and doubts about the vaccine. There are plenty of drugs that have been approved by the FDA that years and years later have proven to be dangerous to some. Bottom line on this issue: The woman should choose for herself whether she wants the vaccine.”
turfkiller on Jun 21, 2012 at 01:58:46
“Yes you have demonstrated your lack of knowledge. Cervical cancer is caused by viruses which are contagious. They can have all the concerns and doubts but there is no doubt about cervical cancer. I support the EPA and the FDA in providing them funds necessary to regulate the testing, monitoring and marketing of drugs and other chemicals.
That is the difference between religoius thinking and science. The idea that drugs are later discovered to be dangerous are removed once the dangers are known. Religious thinking or those like Nikki are the reason cirgarette smoking is still permitted inspite of the reality that smoking is dangerous to the smoker and those around them... much like those who carry the viruses.”
“True. Its funny that bullying has become such an issue these days because the same thing has been happening since the beginning of time. Literally everyone has a bullying story. Even my parents have some from their school days and they sound just as cruel. We just don't hear about it 24/7 like we do today. Yeah, kids can pretty much suck.”
“Yeah, I'm sure he goes to the counter and pays the bills himself. He travels with assistants and secret service, surely someone in his entourage is in charge of taking care of paying the bills at a restaurant. This is not a story. Only a reason for idiotic cons to jump all over Pres. Obama for no reason. Don't believe it, read on.”
“Drones. To look for illegal immigrants? To look for women seeking abortions, on the run from transvaginal probes? When will this idiot's term be over?”

“2013 and there's good news --- he can't run again because we only have one-term Governors in Va. However, we have a miserable Atty General (Ken Cuccinellli) who is running and he makes Bob McD look positively moderate and reasonable. Ugh.”

“When the people recall him . He must own stock in that company .”
“Security does NOT have to cost more. This is just another excuse to wring more money out of fliers under the guise of national security. I travel for work constantly and for all of the TSA workers actually working, there are just as many standing around socializing.”
