“Any argument against marijuana is invalidated by the legality of tobacco (addictive) and alcohol (inebriating).
Caffeine is more of a "drug".”

“the docs have a point when they talk about not wanting to endorse anything you have to smoke, with it's tar and whatever else goes with it. Not a really good point, but from the standpoint of a traditional AMA doc, one that is consistent with their lack of ability to try anything different. But use of a vaporizer should take care of that...am I right? Plus by comparison--and that's only realistic--then if tobacco is a matter of choice (even if to choose it is unhealthy) then marijuana should be, too. I don't know that tobacco has any redeeming qualities, where pot has lots. Alcohol only has a few, and not hard alcohol, to my knowledge. Red wine--which can be boiled down (reducedd, whatever) to transresveratrol, which is a great antioxidant and just getting into the literature--but you can make a much more effective pill for that, than you can ever get in a fermented grapejuice beverage. Marijuana makes much more sense than any of the legal intoxicants or tobacco.”

“Interesting is the fact that caffeine was almost banned along with cocaine in the 1920s & now we put it into everything!!”
