“It IS the same thing. _Killing ANY animal is wrong, in my opinion. What I have a problem with are all the meat eaters who "abhor" the _killing of a few hundred dolphins.”

And by the way, karate boy, the argument that this has been going on forever doesn't make it okay, regardless of what country is doing it. As a human being, I find it deplorable. “I know what you mean, for a vegan, karatekid doesn't seem to care that dolphins are not only slaughtered for their meat, but killed in a careless fashion (with knives, spears, etc.). I also don't accept the "who cares how they're killed, the result is the same, all killing is bad regardless of the method". Japan doesn't seem to be stopping this practice, so why not implement a more humane method if that's the case. His argument is an all or nothing mentality.”

I think its wrong to even kill cows! it's disgusting the way they are treated and given corn when they should be fed grass!
