“This is a very interesting article. I have no health problems. My "diet" consists of pure yogurt (without any additives), tea, sometimes fresh orange juice and KASHI cereal with milk for breakfast. I eat one other meal in the day -- either lunch or dinner. It would be fish (Salmon) and vegetables. I am never hungry, have boundless energy, weigh 115 and sleep only four hours in any twenty-four.
