“To be that certain about something seems strange to me. Oswald worked for the CIA, Ruby the Mafia. Oswald's diary as well as Sirhan Sirhan 's and Albert Bremner all had the similar writing style as E Howard Hunt- a friend of Nixons. Oswald was a lousy shot that was able to hit very accurately a moving target. Many eye witnesses at that time died violent deaths be they murdered or 'accidents' Ruby hated the Kennedys because they were investigating the Mafia. How can you be so certain-its like you do not want to believe the worst which is that it was a coup.”

“To anyone that believes LHO did it alone please explain why Oswald, Sirhan, and Bremner all kept diaries-very unusual in itself and that the diaries all have the same writing style as E Howard Hunt with even some lines taken from his own novels word for word-See Gore Vidal-the novels of E Howard Hunt. Also explain the findings of the final congressional investigation into the assasination under Reagan where new ballistic testings proved that there were two different guns used and when that finding came out the investigation was stopped abruptly. Also Oswald had CIA connections and Ruby mafia and why would a mafiosa be upset about a Kennedy being killed when the mafia hated the Kennedys.”

When theCIA was into assasinations their manual said to plant diaries on patsys so that the real assasins could get away. If you are using Posners book it is very inaccurate and even Bugliosi said it was a shoddy work”

“I had read a lot about the assaination before JFK came out and I thought Stone's m ovie was as close to the truth as anyone has gotten. I also found the media response to the movie bizarre, I even remember watching the news where a newscaster said 'Whatever you do do not believe this movie' and this was in the days before cable news. With all the lies that have been made about the Kennedy family over the years no newscaster ever spoke directly into the camera and said do not believe these lies but whena movie comes out that is very close to the truth then the news people tell us not to believe it. VERY BIZARRE.”

Sam Donaldson confronted Stone when the movie was released that the film was wrong when it said the phones went dead in DC. Sam said he was in DC at the time and the phones DID NOT go out.
Stone, red-faced, said he would check ino it but Sam pointed out the movie waas already out!
BTW, LHO was rated as a "Marksman"- he frequently got 49 out of 50 points in "rapid fire" moving targets.
Not quite "maggie's drwaers" as Stone had people believe.

“Read Gore Vidal's essay The NOvels of E Howard Hunt. THe novels has the same writing style acoording to Vidal as to the diaries left behind by Oswald, Sirhan and the guy who shot Wallace. He then asked why would three supposed assasins have diaries in the first place and then refers to the CIA book on assainations where they would plant a diary on someone who would take the rap for the assasination while the real assasins got free. Also explain why would Ruby shoot Oswald when Ruby hated the Kennedys.”
