“I completely agree... I don't see how when things are so convenient(like trying to stay in the spotlight) she(Sarah) decides to be outraged? But I guess it's only okay when only when you're campaigning for VP...”

“Because if your black and you are sure of yourself or confident then you're considered uppity or cocky. If you black and have a strong demeanor then your aggressive and intimidating.
Either point is what is good for the Caucasian is not good for the African American, in the minds of what many (Not all, but more than one) think. I back this opinion with facts because I have been told that to my face. I had a Caucasian American woman my demeanor is too strong, I'm too smart for my own good, and I'm too confident; and those are not traits that should be coming from an African American, especially an African American woman. So you do the math!”

“That is a lie... The women got their voting right before black! American women have had the right to vote since 1920... President Johnson signed the resulting legislation into law on August 6, 1965. Section 2 of the Act, which closely followed the language of the 15th amendment, applied a nationwide prohibition against the denial or abridgment of the right to vote on the literacy tests on a nationwide basis. So there is your history lesson for today!”

“All men, both Black and White were granted the rights to vote under the Reconstruction Acts of 1867 and 1868. Black men earned the right the vote almost 100 years before a woman of any color did. I hate t orain on your parade, but although your facts are correct, your assumption that women were able to vote before Black men is wayyyyyyy off base. Its not your fault though, Reconstruction isn't very popular with the history books so, unless you are the student of self-education, the school system will not educate you to these things.”

“Black men were voting in the late 1800's....look it up. The first black governor was the governor of Louisiana in 1872, P.B.S. Pinchback.

Most American's are blind to the history of this country between 1820 and 1900, well, here it is.
