“The teacher had no right whatsoever to do what she did. I do hope she is disciplined to the fullest extent! There is just no excuse for this behavior!”

“Same here...I thought the same thing as Vivicca! LOL I also agree with another poster...Felony Burglary? Hey, if someone came in to my home and cleaned it and then left a note saying what I owed, I would laugh and then call and thank her for the FREE house cleaning! LOL”

“Sadly, no, which is why I wrote, "too bad FB doesn't follow their TOS!". I think FB is way off base on this one. This woman should have been allowed to post these photos of her child.”

“If the parents chose to show their child in the photos those posted, so be it. I have seen bullying occur on FB and nothing is done about it. I've seen very distasteful photos posted, and regardless of the number of complaints, nothing was done. BTW, BEANBRAIN, I GET quite a bit about the article!! Thanks though for asking me!! :)”

“Too bad FB doesn't follow their TOS! I've seen many posts that were considered bullying or harassing or any of the various items that violate their TOS, however, you don't see them pulling down those posts/pictures. A Mother wants to share photos of her child who only lived 8 hours and they pull that? If there is a loophole anywhere, please let her find one and sue FB for what they've done to her!!!”

“You are correct only when it makes it to tragic national news status do they do anything about it.”

“because the baby was DEAD hello? what part of that do you not get?????????”

Dani321 on May 19, 2012 at 16:10:34

“And are those people who are violating the TOS, like bullies, banned from the site? How is all the FB bullying allowed to go on while this woman is banned for the sin of posting images of her precious child?”
