“I don't know of anyone that is able to have an elective abortion covered by their insurance company today.......... How does this bill change that.

If on the other hand you don't think a medical emergency exists if the procedure is done to save the mothers life......... you might want to re-examine that thought if you are a mother of other children or a husband, or the mother or father of a pregnant daughter that is at risk.”

“It changes it because facilities who receive money via subsidies can not offer this procedure. Also, I nearly died of miscarriage when my pro-life doctor decided against a D& C...even though the ultrasound showed nothing left...he insisted on blood work...while waiting, I bled out in my kitchen in front of my small children...six year old called 911 and his Dad as Dad was working. I nearly died and spent two weeks in the hospital and can not have any more kids thanks to this doctor. The old men in the Senate can keep their old men views to themselves.”

This is not about health care for our poor or old, it is not about training physicians without putting them and thier families into deep bank debt by the time they finish school, this is not about making sure our children grow up with health and dental care........... this is about insurance companies and banks making thier 40 percent profits, paying minimum wage to employees while executives walk away with tens of millions in bonus.......... this is about politicians lining their pockets with campaign funds and securing parachutes for when they get thrown out.”

Her main problems stemmed from her (and her husband's) questionable ethics. Arnie was handed a state with staggering debt and monumental hurdles.
