“It changes it because facilities who receive money via subsidies can not offer this procedure. Also, I nearly died of miscarriage when my pro-life doctor decided against a D& C...even though the ultrasound showed nothing left...he insisted on blood work...whi le waiting, I bled out in my kitchen in front of my small children.. .six year old called 911 and his Dad as Dad was working. I nearly died and spent two weeks in the hospital and can not have any more kids thanks to this doctor. The old men in the Senate can keep their old men views to themselves.”
