“Just like you used to say about George W. Bush. Remember him? Remember how much you guys just LOVED George W. Bush, and how thankful you were to God that HE was in sitting in office when we were attacked? That is, until he turned out to the be the walking disaster that Liberals warned you he was going to be.

And now you're falling in love with another politician who ain't doing anything except selling you an image. Can't teach an old right-winger new tricks, I guess. But man, don't you guys EVER get tired of being proved wrong?”

“In every post-pageant public appearance she's ever made, Carrie Prejean has talked about how "viciously" she was"attacked" and then adds, "I'm a 22 year old woman." . Same with Meghann McCain - she often reminded people that she was "only 24 years old..".

Conservative Christian women are the biggest victims on the planet. How on Earth do they get through their days while wearing those big, heavy crosses on their backs?”

“PETA's heart may be in the right place, but I do not approve of it's methods one bit.”

IndependentBadger replied on Nov 05, 2009 at 22:24:16

“What heart?

Oh, the "heart" they had when they put out Rudy Giuliani's prostate cancer on billboards to make false claims about milk?

But hey, milk just rains out of the sky, right? It's not like any hardworking, honest, poor Americans slave night and day on dairy farms to feed people milk, right?

Who would have the "heart" to target those evil, billionaire bastards?”

Gay Rights Speech: What Should Obama Say Tonight?

clueless JD replied on Oct 10, 2009 at 18:02:45

“Gay men are very annoying -- like only children. Most lesbians are paranoid and angry. I avoid their company at all costs.

Having said that, they deserve equal rights.

Having said that they deserve equal rights, they should develop a realistic political plan of action. Use the courts. For that to work, we need gop to lose because the gop has appointed white a*holes who not only have abrasive personalities but are just plain d*ckheads. For the gop to lose, the dems need winning propositions. Passing legislation for gays is not a winner.

1. So shut up.
2. Work to defeat republicans.
3. Build community support for gay history and demonstrate that gay people share interests with the broader community.
4. Work as a gay person on issues that affect everyone.
5. Let the dems win a few and appoint judges.
6. Then go to court.

It's worked in a few states. Over the next 20 years, you'll get your rainbow map.

Whining and acting up will be your undoing. You've already got me working to get you off the dems agenda.”

I am trying to make a point, not all gay people are the "funniest".... refrain from these absolutes.”

wrender replied on Sep 05, 2009 at 02:21:35

“Why does that make the parents "stupid". It's not nice label people. Didn't your parents / guardians teach you that?

What makes you think the kid's would rather stay and watch the speech? Maybe they think it's boring, who knows. Why do you assume the kids would be vindictive enough to laugh at the kids who are not attending the speech? You almost seem excited at the notion that they would. Have you no soul?

What exactly makes you any different than the "stupid" conservatives? You are full of the same hot air.”

“Of course you're right - Palin's assertions that she's being unfairly targeted are ridiculous.

The media ADORE her - she brings them viewers and makes them money. Why on Earth would they want to destroy that? She needs to stop making those claims.”

KDog76A replied on Jul 09, 2009 at 11:05:37

“um no they don't adore her, unless its the local tv news. The only place you see 15 articles on Palin at once is Huffpo.

You know the media would include those who made the porno "Who's Nailin' Paylin?" Yeah there is no mysogyny there... women sure have come along way when they can turn their backs on one of their own because she has a different opinion.”
