“I'm totally behind stopping whaling but the tactics of the Sea Shepherd crew is to make it seem as though the whaling ships are always trying to harm them and then reporting it to the media. It is a decent method: make them always out to be the aggressor.
However, it is clear the whalers cannot be intimidated and in fact, in shows I've watched, they're coming back at the Sea Shepherd crew when, previously, they'd tried running. There is a method to the SS's madness but sometimes they really push it so I'm not shocked the whalers kept going into the boat.
I think whaling is beyond ridiculous, 100% of the time and I do hope that the SS crew can make the difference they want to make-just don't die doing it.”

“Sometimes people do stupid things not thinking about the full on ramifications. She was stupid to do it but how many times have you done something because your brain is just chugging along but failing to stop and think about the consequences? Sometimes that just happens.
