The Cost Of Healthy Eating

Commented Apr 18, 2012 at 01:05:04 in Healthy Living

“Nice article, I’m a true believer in losing weight naturally. There are plenty of systems that work great. Look for impartial review blogs like http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ to learn what works and avoid scams, or just look around on Google. Personally I’m a fan of the “31 day weight loss system” and “the truth about abs”. I added them to my regular routine and I managed to get a perfect six pack in a month and a half!”

“I kinda like that her before and after pictures aren't perfect. It makes the story feel authentic, not like the photoshopped flawless after pictures you see on those weight loss infomercials. I love that got motivated and lost the weight the right way. With diet and exercise instead of surgery. Anyone that is looking to get in shape, now is the time. If you stick to a diet and workout, like the ones on http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ you'll see results in time for beach season :)”

“Good read, I think everyone should try to lose weight naturally (with exceptions for whey protein and multi-vitamins). Check out blogs like http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ that are impartial, or just look around on YouTube. There are plenty of free methods but I had great results from adding the diet solution and the truth about abs to my routine. You just have to stick to your routine! :)”

My Mission to End Weight Loss

Commented Apr 14, 2012 at 01:25:03 in Healthy Living

“If there was a more reliable/easy way to measure your body fat % in your home, and everyone knew about it, how much you weight would become irrelevant pretty quick. But sadly most people don't know about fat loss monitors and the home quality ones can be questionable anyway. That being said, having a set weight to lose instead of a set fat % is the next best thing. People need a number set in stone to reach for. There are plenty of websites like http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ that teach this.”

Gluten For Dummies: Real Tips From a Nutritionist

Commented Apr 12, 2012 at 11:44:49 in Healthy Living

“Gluten free isn't for everyone. Some people have no tolerance for gluten so it's a no brainer for them but I have yet to see real results from someone cutting gluten out of their diet. Honestly there are much better diets reviewed on http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ and the only reason everyone is suddenly talking about gluten free is because Miley Cyrus started blabbering about it.”

Laura639 on Apr 15, 2012 at 12:22:54

“It is silly to think of the gluten-free diet as a weight-loss diet. For celiacs, it is a NECESSITY! Some of us don't have the option of eating gluten and having any quality of life--we don't avoid gluten to lose weight but to live a healthy normal life. In fact, the gf diet can be higher in calories than a "regular" diet if you replace all those wheaty carbs with dense gf alternatives. It can be much lighter than a normal diet if wheat and gluten-rich empty calories are replaced with minimally processed veggies and fruits, however (the paleo diet is after all gluten-free, but most people on a gf diet DON'T follow the paleo diet).”

howtowasteyourlife on Apr 14, 2012 at 23:56:00

“Before you start spouting off at the mouth, please speak with someone with celiac disease and listen to how they have obtained "real results" by eliminating gluten.”

Half the Man I Used to Be

Commented Apr 11, 2012 at 19:00:50 in Healthy Living

“Congrats on your success, I love it when I see an article by an author that lost weight the right way. I'm sick of reading about this pill, that surgery etc. There is a diet and a workout for everyone, there's quite a few on http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ and the million other websites you find by searching fitness. The more people that buckle down and commit to a healthy routine the more people will realize that a healthy body is more about resisting mental temptation than it is a physical limitation.”

Surgery For Weight Loss: Formerly Fat Doctor Says Diet And Exercise Didn't Work

Commented Apr 11, 2012 at 18:38:11 in Canada Living

“Since he's a doctor and SHOULD know enough about a proper diet I ALMOST want to believe he really needed the surgery. I think that maybe, just maybe he got tired of losing weight the proper way but like most people got tired of waiting. Three months, if you really stick to a diet and workout day in and day out 3 months is the longest it should take to have a noticeable improvement. It's not hard to find a million and one diets and workouts that work, here's a good site http://realfitness24-7.blogspot.com/ took me a whole 5 seconds to find after googling fitness, and there's thousands of other sites to chose from. People stop taking the easy way out and work up the motivation, start a diet and workout then stick to it! There's still time to get in better shape for beach season :)”
