“Beck is playing this country like a fiddle, all for money and self-agrandizement.”

“It is very frightening what he is trying to promote and he is making progress with the people out there with no thought processing skills.”

Roz0804 replied on Nov 20, 2009 at 11:38:30

“Back in the day! Beck would have been taken off the air! Remember the Smothers Brother in their fight against Nixon! There is absolutely no respect for the office of President anymore. Remember Chaney's move. He pretended that he had a bad back and sat in a wheel chair during the inauguration so he would not have to stand up when Obama was sworn in as President. For that small minority they just can't get use to the idea of having a Black Man in charge. Beck's reporting is pure racism at it worse!
My question is: How long will they let him continue this fear mongering! It does the country no good at all!”

ljkcan replied on Nov 20, 2009 at 11:37:07

“Hi there, America!

I just popped in to give ya a big hello and proudly for all the bids to have dinner with me and, also the winner Cathy Maples, a true patriot and such an important role providing arms for our country's patriots that bring us safety for us here at home.

The bidding was hands down for winner Cathy Maples and I will sit down and break bread and toast with a true patriot to the things that make this country great and also the true Americans who believe in our constitution, and millions yes millions of people who made that long trek to Washington, D.C., to protest runaway spending and reigning it in and lowering taxes and also celebrating the true patriots who make this country so great on 9/12.

Showing so much support from all of you good Americans who believe in what's right and aren't afraid to go out there and carry signs and also seeing fathers 'tea baggin' with daughters and sons and neighbors and everyone else for that matter and putting your faith in me and all of us truly patriotic Americans and the Great State of Alas-kah and also supporting me because that's what this country is all about and I am so proud to be an American (wink) and to have so much support from all the other true Americans. I tell ya, it does this patriot proud.

Luv ya!

“Exactly. Does everyone remember that the stock market took a huge tumble because of Bushco? Where is it today? Higher, right? Hmmm ... the Repubs don't seem to be talking about the stock market these days. Hello? (tapping on computer screen). Hello? Republicans? Care to comment?

Obama's words during the campaign were (parapharased): "We are in for tough times ahead, but we are Americans and we will pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep on moving forward. Together we can overcome."

The fringe fanatic Republicans are acting like absolute cry babies these days. I remember when I was compaining about Bushco and right-wingers told me to find another country in which to live. It seems the tables have turned.”

Since the news came out today that the financial of America is now in doubt and we have down graded to number 2 as a nation, the true unemployment rate is around 16%, manufactuing is down, govnerment take over of so many sectors, why is the stock maket up?

Consumer confidence is down, spending is down, even for the first time in my life I am saving, no new car, no fancy TVs, electronics, appliances, nothing. And I am not the only one who feels this way. So why is the stock market down?

Interesting fact, look it up in history, the day the George W.H. Bush's dog had a little the stock market went up 16 points. The news of the ecomony was bad still that little ole dog giving birth raise the stock market.

I am not a cry baby, I am just plain scared of this admistration.”

“The US Debt hit a high of 125% of GDP during World War II. The Debt came down through Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, and Carter. It reached a low of 35% of GDP during the Carter administration.

The Debt rose during the Reagan and Bush administration to 70% of GDP, the highest level since Truman. It came down during Clinton to 55%.

Under Bush it went up to 75% of GDP. When people pointed out that the debt was going up, Cheney said "Reagan proved deficits don't matter."

Gold prices are driven by speculation and don't accurately reflect the state of the economy. If gold and inflation were going up at the same time, you might worry, but right now we are in a deflationary phase. The inflation rate has been negative for the last five months and it is going down faster. Last month it was -2.5%.”

“Yes Liberals do. They are worse than anyone else. Go read Ann Coltor, Bill Oriely, Sean Hannity, or just watch Fox New Channel. Even today on the Orliey Factor is showed a speech given by Howard Dean. His comments were a little off the wall, so in less than a hour later a Fox News reporter asked Howard Dean to clairfy his remarks. Howard Dean claimed he never said that. I saw him say it with my own eyes.

Howard Dean got caught with his shorts down. He never expected a true news organization to be there. Clearly Mr. Dean believed that only friendlies would be there and he could say what he wanted without question. That just doesn't happen on Fox.”

We have spare-the-air days for a reason: POLLUTION! Anyone who deliberately chooses to burn anyway is selfish and careless. Mocking people because they drive a Prius is juvenile and ingorant of OTHER people's opinions.

Don't say "it does not occur to" me "that others have a legitimate point of view." You don't know me and you don't know how I think, act and treat others. It sounds to me like you have a stick up your rear and are lashing out at others for no good reason.”
