“Yup! Prosecute everyone involved. If it leads to Bush or Cheney facing the same type of punishment as Saddam Hussein, so be it. If Obama allowed it beyond Jan. 20, he should be tried also. We need to send a message to the world that this isn't who we are, and the best way to show them is to show Bush and Cheney being frog-marched in handcuffs on their way to war crimes trials. There is still a team of thugs in GITMO doing the same things, and if Obama knows about it, he's culpable. Besides the rapes, there are reports of gasoline and benzene enemas and a 12 year old boy being raped.
