The "full faith and credit" clause of the Constitution requires that each state recognize as legal marriages performed in other states (contracts and other legal transactions are covered, too.)
But the unconstitutional Defense of Marriage Act undermines that clause where gay marriages are concerned.

I miss them. Around Christmas, there were performances in the lobby, puppet shows. Then the Windows of the world restaurant with those tall windows looking out over the water, you could almost look straight down. It was awesome. And you could feel it sway... plus underneath, they had stores, bars - I especially like the bar back in the day, a news station...

“It wasn't right what they did. She had every right to her privacy and for some reason, the media for the most part, has that tabloid mentality - and the National Enquirer is the "tabloidiest"... But if not them, then another rag. They're obsessed with celebs issues, downfalls, privacy... And that's why I don't support them. Which is why if more people told them they didn't care, maybe they would eventually go away. Supply versus demand, but even when the demand isn't there, they'll claim it was.”
