First, to group people who eat meat with people who go to rodeos/circuses/horse races is an unfair comparison. I occasionally eat meat and DO NOT frequent these events for the reasons of cruelty to animals.

Second, must a person be a "Vegan" to qualify as a vegetarian? Can I avoid meat/pork and eat seafood?

Third, to condemn fast food and obesity - many Americans cannot afford the luxury of a fresh fruits/vegetables, organic, vegetarian lifestyle. Blame the Corporate Fascists who control this country. Republicans who fight to keep the soda companies flush, Big Macs as fattening and grease filled as they are and the systematic destruction of the rain forest so we can have Whoppers and big, fat Sirloin Steaks at their Washington Steak Houses.

It has already been proven, that the GOP is more concerned with the consumption of the BIG, FAT DOLLAR than they are with HUMAN LIFE, (the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan). Dogs are people, too.

If Vic wants to make amends, fine. Football is a barbaric sport that I don't watch. But, everybody feels bad after they've been caught. Especially when they lose everything and are publicly humiliated. Just because he did his time, doesn't mean he's rehabilitated.

It will be interesting to see the crowd reaction to Vic's return. There are a lot of dog lovers sitting in the stadiums.
