You cannot take away the right of injured patients to sue incompetent doctors.
You do not address how any cost savings will make their way into the pockets of consumers. Any savings will go to insurance company bottom lines.
If the government saves money by eliminating fraud, how does the gov't use those tax dollars to help the uninsured? Public option, maybe?

We have a huge budget deficit. The money "found" by eliminating medicare/medicaid fraud can be used for "health insurance" stamps in the same manner that food stamps are used. When citizens can't afford food, we don't open government owned supermarkets, we give these people stamps to buy food. Do the same for health insurance/health care.”
