What a ticket, eh? Palin-Traficant.
And Traficant already has his own built-in "bumpit" so Sarah won't have to share.
He might run for President! We'd be surprised what a national following he has. I'm sure that's true.
What is the poor soul going to do for a living? Did he sock away enough ill-gottens to last the rest of his life? Probably.”

“The ONLY insurance we should be "mandated" to buy has to be the public option, non-profit. The tax payer money should only be used for public option and NOT private insurance.
The middle man makes all the money and we have to remove the middle man.
I've heard nothing about a national program that covers catastrophic expenses once you've reached a certain limit.
And...they have NOT removed the anti-trust exemption from the Insurance cos!!!!!! ferchrissakes
So, we are left with co-pays, high premiums, limits and continued bankruptcies due to medical costs. What good is this? I'm appalled.
Keith is right, NOT health, NOT care and NOT reform.”

“According to the cbo report, of the 32 million who won't have employer subsidized coverage in 2016, 9 million will be in a free medicaid program, 18 million (people making up to 400% of the federal poverty level - that's $88k/yr for a family of four this year) will pay a maximum of 9.8% of their income in total costs and the 5 million who make more than 400% of the federal poverty level will not receive subsidies. Subsidized people will save an average of 56%-59% over current insurance costs.
http://cbo .gov/ftpdo cs/107xx/d oc10781/11 -30-Premiu ms.pdf
That's affordable coverage for 32 million people. People who are covered under their employer's plans will pay slightly less (up to 2%) than they would have without the plan. Nobody pays more. There are also minimum coverage limits of 70% of medical costs for all plans on exchanges. What's the downside?”

It would seem that 1/4 of a first term is awfully short for all the magic everyone expected. At least wait until the election to decide what your vote will be, wouldn't that be more rational and realistic?

We can rail against the prez, the dems, the reps all we want, but until WE do something, WE aren't going to see the change we need. The President is only One, we are millions, we have to push.
It looks like outright fraud in congress, where the implied contract the State has with its elected representatives has been broken repeatedly. They are working AGAINST their citizens, while living large ON the citizens.
The State should be demanding recall and re-appoint ment/elect ion of a representative that will do the Peoples' bidding. Cities and communities should be growing spines too...it isn't all in Washington.”

She was planning her wedding on 9-11 when her husband-to-be was killed in the Twin Towers. It sounds like she had been a very good and responsible person until then. And then it sounds like she broke down and bascially started running, left NYC to live in Vegas where she took party planning/hostessing kind of work at high end clubs. If she did have a penchant for famous or married men it might have been BECAUSE they were unavailable. If you never really connect, you think you can protect yourself. (There are other twists and turns to her story -- a brief marriage where I think she was trying to recapture what she lost, followed by her descent into parties etc.)
I think if we knew the secrets of her life, of all these women's lives, I'm sure we would find suffering and sorror enough to forgive or at least understand.”

He sounds completely off the wall...the story he told of this crime was so off the wall it didn't even make sense.
The knife wasn't even the murder weapon, the DNA on it was too small to really identify anyone.
Knox could have been an air head or foxy - whatever, but she didn't have a motive for murder. They already have the real murderer in jail.

“Halliburton headquartered in Dubai, hmmm, don't they need the dickless over there about now?
Couldn't he go down with some ship ferchrissakes? How many lives does that pathetic anti-American have anyway?
Don't suppose Citi has any exposure in Dubai's mess? They're all probably all set up with "shorts" and "puts" to clean up on their own failure, after all, that's what the big boys do.
Tax speculators now.”

Dubai's Request For Debt 'Standstill' Shakes World Markets

“Every time I see pictures of hastily dredged islands for sale, the new world's tallest building near done and read of Dubai's fantastical development etc the only thing that comes to mind is ENRON. It's Enron all over again, balloon, balloon, balloon, scam, scam, lie, lie, lie and POOF.
To top it off, they tempted fate with the "tallest building". ..there is some tale of woe hitting each country right after they built the "tallest."
But, as usual with the ruling elite, who can say this wasn't an orchestrated step of their plan? Maybe the Human Rights Watch is on the verge of exposing their slave labor and the treatment of their slaves during their wage-free building boom? Not such good publicity.
This is a headline grabber, it will push everything else off the front page. This is great cover...bu t there is a lot to "cover" and the truth will out. How convenient for the Sheik to fire the pros and hire his family!
They'll probably have to turn off the refrigeration of their indoor ski course, the snow will melt and run through the city, wash away their fake islands and drown them all.
Dubai -- Dubi ous,”

“The desert is old. It will reclaim what rightfully belongs to it. The shiny surfaces of the capitalist experiment will be eroded and Dubai will become on of those human curiosities - like Timbuktu - which tell the story of a lost civilization. A civilization which thought it could control nature.”
Hannity Ousts O'Reilly As Top Cable News Telecast Of Week

“O"Reilly has been slipping a lot lately, he just doesn't have it in him anymore, no gas left in his tank. Phew, it took long enough. He is trying all sorts of different stands to see if anything sticks, so far nada.
What Hannity lacks in brains in that frontal lobe, he makes up for with Red Bullsh*t. Loud staccato repetitions with a twang of a broken guitar string thrown in to shake your soul and imprint his talking oinks. When he runs out of uppers and Karma visits his vocal chords, Sarah will try out for a 2 week run and fail spectacula rly...then what will Murdock do?
Like one commenter said, it's like the difference between 2 STD's.”
