McCain was a notable exception (there was another that comes to mind, but I forgot the guy's name.) Sadly, when these men stood up for decency, they were booed. What are good Americans supposed to think Republicans are, primarily, then?

I voted for Obama and I have concerns, as I do with any politician, but I'm glad he is working toward putting the focus back on America and not on grabbing oil or making Dick Cheney's old pals richer.

America needs a strong second party. So far Republicans (most of them) are letting America down by not bringing any good ideas to the table. Democrats aren't perfect, but at least they're trying.”
