“This is wonderful. He's empowering the victimized homeowners. Putting out some clear thinking to work on the problem where a monster has Americans by the balls.
It is nearly impossible to think clearly where mortgages are concerned - it's far too emotional. It seems that everything is at stake - and the banks want people to believe that.
Thank you Professor White for your important paper on this.

“Another strategy? Demand to see the actual loan documents from your lender.
I've read they can't even find the papers. Judges are very interested in any homeowner who uses this method.
And the lenders need to be held accountable.”

“I've also heard that he's bipolar. Grandiosity is often a feature of bipolar illness. Joseph Smith - the founder of the cult-like mormon church was known to be bipolar I. Just like Moses - he was hearing voices and seeing visions. (Just like my brother-in-law too)
People with bipolar often self-medicate with alcohol and/or drugs, including caffeine and nicotine. When someone with the illness swings from the manic state to the depressive state often feel compelled to reinstate the mania part of their cycle. The drop from mania into depression is very difficult for them. My misdiagnosed BIL used LSD.
So Beck might be both bipolar and alcoholic. It would explain a lot.

The weirdest part of this is that Beckanoia is an UNTREATED ALCOHOLIC which shows every single time he opens his mouth. The grandiosity, the paranoia, the juvenile behavior, EVERY CLASSIC SYMPTOM, yet he has followers who think he is brilliant.
Tells you a lot about Faux Noise Fewls.”

Reid Sees More Problems Than Solutions In Using Reconciliation

“Is this bill really worth passing?
Do we want this bill?
With this bill - insurers can double the premiums of people with pre-existing conditions.
The CBO says only 2-3% of Americans will be able to use the PO.
Whether or not you like your current insurance - you HAVE to keep it.
They've stripped out the provision that rescinds the industries anti-trust status.
Bernie Sanders, Howard Dean, Kucinich and David Shuster have all said this bill is not worth passing.
Even most progressives seem unaware that this bill is garbage - they support it because of what we hoped would be in it - and in some cases - what we were led to believe (PO would be for everyone).
Howard Dean said there is NO insurance reform in this bill.
I can't be the only one out here that feels betrayed and violated.
Do we really want this? Should we just demand they start from scratch?
