But why isn't he out saying 'hey, Congress needs to get legislation rolling to repeal DADT, and when it hits my desk I will sign it.' What's so hard about that? I'm sure it would go a long way with the gay community, and we could probably spend a little more time lobbying our Congressional members to get that legislation going.”
