CNN's Victoria Arbiter: Kate Middleton 'Brilliant' For 'Delivering A Boy' On The 'First Time' (VIDEO)

“This over-excited blabbering is the result of the worship of mortal men by other men.

All men are created equal. But once upon a time, a guy came along and said, "Hey, I conquered you, so my family and I are now "royals". From now onwards, you will bow to us, serve us, and fund our life of luxury and privilege forever. Got it?"

But some questioned the chief and asked, "Wait a minute! You guys are ordinary flesh and blood, just like us. What makes you any different from us?"

But they were promptly seized and beheaded, because the spoilt bearded chief was irritated by questions he had no answers to. Finally, one of his lackeys proclaimed to the terrified citizens, "Hear ye, hear ye! All royals have blue blood running through their veins! In fact, they're God's gift to you, and you peasants ought to be grateful! That's the difference!"

Amazingly, the sheeple believed it, and the scam has survived for centuries now. You can tell from the above video that they all (conmen and sheeple) lived happily ever after. Yay!”

“Your staunch defense of the white kid is quite revealing about your own mindset, since it is based only on a brief, stage-managed, PR event on TV. After all, you do not know him.

Your wild claim that the short, sensationalist media reportage of a black kid who committed the same offense, represents his identity, is patently false. It beggars belief that you can determine the Black 7 year-old's future, based only on "brief snippets" of craftily edited soundbites in a short news item.

Using your flawed methodology, could I also submit to you that Preston will grow up to be a serial shooter always running from the law, based on his gangster-like flight from the police in the video?

The fact is, though they committed the same offense, YOU WANT TO OVERLOOK IT, AND BELIEVE THAT THE WHITE CHILD IS GOOD, BUT THE BLACK CHILD IS BAD. Just admit it, and stop wasting our ears with your twaddle about his supposed view about himself.”

“"Or is a one time curious child who did something wrong and will never do it again...there is nothing from the brief snippet that show that this boy identifies as a hood. Sadly the other boy does and it is heartbreaking."

Can you tell me exactly how you arrived at that conclusion, since you acknowledge it's only a "brief snippet"? And h)ow can you be sure the white kid is "a one time curious child who did something wrong, and will never do it again", but do not extend the same projection for the black kid? After all, you do not know either of them.

A "brief snippet" suggests that you do not have enough information to make a judgment.

Both children committed the same offense. But media reportage has been carefully manipulated to present one child as innocent, while the other child is made to look evil in a carefully edited "brief snippet". But does the "brief snippet" define the boy?

If you base your conclusions in life on the "brief snippets" and soundbites presented to you by the media, they will determine exactly what they want you to think, and shape your mindset. Sadly, they seem to have succeeded.”

“US77........I don't think either of these two are average kids making "a" mistake. I raised sons (plural) who were EXCEPTIONALLY challanging (I'm exhausted) !!! They were/are extremely smart and move/live at a 180 mph I call it. Thank God they grew up and we all survived and they are quite successful. But, I had to be on top of them and 2 steps ahead every minute. And there is no way in he-- they would have ever tried stealing my keys and taking my car for a "joyride"...!!!! Even they knew that would have been HUGE......

These two BOTH took their behavior FAR TOO casually as did their parents, (bless that poor grandmother). Get ready folks......BOTH will be doing UNusual things in their futures.”

“I have never heard such pretentious poppycock.

Firstly, the Black kid was arrested IMMEDIATELY AFTER the event. The police were present and threatening. His grandmother was irate ( as the White kid's parents were, when they learnt about his GTA.)

Furthermore, Latarian's responses were to leading questions and suggestions by the reporter, who wanted to give the story a slant. The footage, of what was clearly a much longer interview, was also edited for sensationalism. The selected soundbites in the news item do not define the boy.

The White kid, on the other hand, was stage-managed in a cosy studio setting, with smiling family members and a very biased interviewer, DAYS AFTER the event. Note that the slant of childish innocence imputed by ABC, could also have been given to the Black 7 year old.

BOTH CHILDREN COMMITTED THE SAME crime. Both could have been made to look either bad or good. But this is a classic example of the double standards in media reportage and police response in our society. Glossing over this fact with your pretentious noises about the Black kid's self-esteem, amounts to intellectual dishonesty. Those who think for themselves can see through your hogwash.”

“Too little, too late. For such a clear-cut case, the prosecution was rather weak. Everything, from their acceptance of the jury composition (5 whites + 1 Latina), to the iffy performance of Rachel Jeantel in the witness stand, was stacked against them.

This belated analysis of what was clearly their flawed approach to the case, betrays a lack of attention to detail, and a naive presumption that public outrage could, on its own, win the case. The calculation of the pros and cons of the race argument should have been made BEFORE the case, not after.

This is a case they should have won, but managed to lose. Contrary to what most people think, the justice system is not about who is right or wrong, but who can argue their case most persuasively in court. This is why some offenders and defaulting corporations win court cases against law-abiding citizens. Therefore the calibre of the attorneys you get to represent you, is crucial.

Zimmerman, Dominique Strauss-Khan, Oscar Pistorius*,and many others are chilling at home today, not because they did not commit the crimes they were accused of, but because their sharp lawyers cleverly dribbled their way around the law for their clients. The Martin prosecution undermined their own case with a naive strategy/presentation.

Of course, this being America, one cannot rule out a legal Trojan Horse here. But the outrage should be directed at these inept lawyers who managed to miss, when it was easier to score.”

“The scenario caught on camera here is representative of numerous violent shootings against innocent, defenceless Blacks over the years.

The fact is, Mr. Spooner was emboldened to shoot and kill the Black boy, because the justice system has ingrained into his consciousness that Black lives are expendable. For eg., Zimmerman was not even charged by police for more than a month. Why? Dispensable Black victim. If the dead boy was White, GZ would have been charged very quickly.

Also, law enforcement's hostile attitude towards Black people assures him that the law will protect the White attacker, once he makes a claim of self-defense against the Black victim. Most Police Depts. racially profile Blacks as easy targets for arrest and prosecution, and tend to side with the White protagonist in any altercation.

Furthermore, the justice system is slow to investigate and prosecute crimes perpetrated against Black victims. It is this sociological conditioning which gives some people the confidence to perpetrate gun violence on Black men, in a way they would never dare against other Whites.

Had his next door neighbors been White, this man would NOT have shot their 13 year-old child! That's a fact. If Trayvon Martin was a White teen, Zimmerman would not have even pursued him, let alone shoot him.

Even with Obama, America is still the most racially unequal nation on the planet, and we must quit preaching human rights/equality to other countries, until we can remove the proverbial log from our eye.”

“I lived in Florida for 25 years, ten of it in Brevard County very near where the Trayvon shooting occurred. Sanford is maybe 50 miles away from where I lived. That whole area of Florida is crawling with race bigots. It's part of the culture. It does not surprise me at all Zimmerman got off free. A Black neighborhood watch volunteer would have likely had the book thrown at him too ... even if the White kid started the fight! Parts of Florida are still living in the 1950's.”

“Alas, men are such suckers sometimes. If a woman does not love you, can't you sense it? One of the most dangerous mistakes to make in life, is to hang around someone who hates your guts, and really does not want you around. After a while, your mere presence becomes unbearable to the hater, and in their festering resentment, they will resort to any means to get rid of you.

Hatred is a very powerful, evil emotion. Like its opposite emotion, love, it can drive people to do some very extreme things. "He who hates his brother is a murderer", says the Good Book. Unchecked hatred and anger can lead to murder. No wonder the Bible is full of warnings to withdraw from people who harbour strong resentment towards us.

This type of murder is often preceded by anger and boiling resentment. But it can be identified by the coldness, hatred, and hostility towards the victim(s). Think about mass shooters, for example: Resentment. Hostility.Coldness. Murder.

From Cain and Abel, through Absalom and Amnon, to Joab and Abner, Delilah and Samson, the devious, murderous nature of man continues to this day. Wisdom calls, but sadly, many, many, men have naively died before their time, because they ignored, or could not READ THE SIGNS.”

“Something's very wrong here:
At least three white folk are also filming the police, including the one who shot this video.
A black guy doing the same thing is promptly arrested.
He puts his dog away, and meekly submits to the unlawful arrest.
The confused dog comes out, (as any dog would) and is brutally shot to death.
The black man is arrested anyway, for...er...just what exactly? I'm scratching my head here.

To the law enforcement officers of the day, Jesus warned:
1. "Do violence to no man."
2. "Neither accuse others falsely".
3. "And be content with your wages".

This is recorded in Luke chapter 3 vs 14, and to this day, these 3 vices of unnecessary violence, falsely accusing the innocent to cover up their crimes, and corruption, remain the bane of police forces everywhere. Just think about it.

If there had been no witnesses, this man would probably have been shot, and falsely accused of provoking the attack. (Trayvon Martin and athousand others spring to mind). Even with such glaring evidence, the official police account is still lying about the event! (You had to save the man from his own dog?)

Sadly, the corrupt legal system will now band together to deny justice to the victim of this travesty, and frame him for some imaginary crime. Law enforcement is a necessary social arrangement, but when the enforcers are just criminals in uniform, it becomes one big con perpetuated on the citizenry.”

“If you have a small family, such huge houses are unnecessary and beyond requirements. Like every luxury item, mansions like these are aquired, not because millionaires have a special health need to sleep in a dozen bedrooms at a time. They're purchased as a social statement, a status symbol, and to set the rich apart from the average earner.

The competitive streak in man says, "Look how far I've come! Mine's bigger than yours!"

But they're often a financial suicide in high maintenance costs and property taxes. Re-sale values also tend to be negative, with owners making a loss in a difficult market. A casual glance at the news reveals that most celebrities are too thick to learn this simple lesson. If billionaire Warren Buffet finds his old house adequate, I'm not going to buy a house that's too big for me. Wise up, people.”

How do you pronounce the word 'history'? With or without the hard 'H'?

Thus, would you say, "That woman has AN history of bad relationships"? Or would you rather say, "That woman has A history of bad relationships"?

Of course, it's a free world, and no one's going to arrest you for personal linguistic choice. Now, that would be A historic first! ;)”

“My sentiments exactly, AlwaysRightLeftist. Many people do not seem to know the simple rule that the indefinite article 'an' precedes the silent 'H' words like 'honor' and 'honest', while the indefinite article 'a' is applied to all hard 'H' words like 'house', 'hippie', 'helipad', etc. (The pronounciation of the hard 'H' words is characterized by an expulsion of air through the mouth, as in our pronounciation of the word 'how'.)

But this confusion could be due to the fact that many people treat the letter 'H' as a vowel, and not as the consonant that it is. Hence, the error in saying "an hotel", "an hospital", "an heroic achievement" or "an historic election".

Sadly, when these errors appear in the media, they are blindly copied by the public, and through widespread use, assume a semblance of correctness.

For the record, the British DO pronounce the letter 'H' in all the proper instances. It is the French who do not, as the letter 'H' is actually a vowel in their language. Fanned and faved.”
