“Ok I have to ask...what do you eat for breakfast?”

Atheist SSBBW on Jun 1, 2013 at 16:35:41

“Well, this morning I had three pounds of bacon, most of a loaf of bread made into toast, something like eight scrambled eggs (bread and eggs sop up the bacon grease), two half-gallons of half and half made into chocolate milk, one quart of orange juice, most of a two-liter of Dr Pepper, a couple slices of pizza left over from yesterday, two bags of those little chocolate donuts, four shots of whiskey and more than half a pack of cigarettes.
All of it was delicious, except the cigs, which is a nasty habit I can't shake. As a woman I take a special pleasure in having the freedom to do to my body what most people can only dream of. My life is completely spared the insanity of perpetually depriving myself and trying to lose weight. Instead, over the years, I've done just the opposite, deliberately gorging myself in order to gain weight. I love it, and my boyfriend (who cooked all that for me) loves it even more.”

“Have you had any challenges eating this way while traveling?”

ThinkLiberal on Mar 26, 2013 at 18:11:31

“I try to prepare my own "goodie bag" when I'm on the road, but nowadays, I can whip out my cellphone and lookup, let's say, "vegetarian restaurant", and get turn-by-turn direction to that establishment. But you do not have to be vegetarian to eat healthy, just a slight change in eating habits. I find that Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Lebanese and other eastern restaurants serve very nutritious meals, and they are easily found in any medium to large sized city. Also, there are supermarkets on every corner all across the country. Instead of stopping at McD's for a fast meal, pull into a supermarket and head over the the fruit stand.  You can't go wrong.”
