The Best Place To Live Is Canada, Compared To The World

The Best Place To Live Is Canada, Compared To The World

“Canada.
Not perfect.
Not good enough for some.....
But most everybody else seem to think we're pretty damn cool.
How's that for a reflection of Canada's 'stature' in the world.
Cause I hear it almost every day.
And it makes me proud.”

“Remember how difficult the liberal policy convention was.
The policy convention where no policy was decided.
At least nothing that could be declared "official liberal policy".
The only absolute liberal policy we have was Trudeau's declaration of a re-boot of the liberal party through a process of open nominations.
Of that ..he was quite clear.
At least he said he was being clear.
Seems like they've run into the same quandary as they experienced in their policy convention.
Clarity notwithstanding.”

“They bought Nexan for 15 billion.
And their Long Lake facility is an absolute turkey.
All the lefties crying about Harper "selling out to the Chinese" had no idea what they are talking about.
Obviously there is more to Nexan than Long Lake but Long Lake is not going to put the Chinese on the oilsands map.
Not ever.
They also bought into Syncrude.
But they are minority stakeholders.
And nobody wants to deal with them.
So they sit on the sidelines.
Disgruntled.
Money well spent?”

“Oh, does one suppose that they were banking on Harper's "PIPELINES" to get the cheap "heavy oil" product across the ocean so they could make money on it at the "state" refinery level!

Alberta Oil is not under any control from any Canadian government(s) as it is controlled from the U.S..

If you think the U.S. Government is going to stand "idly" by and watch China become the #1 economic power on the planet by pulling cheap heavy oil out of Alberta, then a study of the banking, oil and stock market powers in New York will set your thinking straight straight.”

“The end of the Bloc comes under Steven Harper's watch.
Why do you suppose that is?
From 51 seat in 2006 to 4 in 2011....and dwindling.
The PQ hasn't fared much better.
The liberals having thoroughly routed them this spring.
A liberal government that seems ready and willing to work with the federal government.
Why do you suppose that is?”

“Oh, you saw the Mulroney/Couillard lunch photo too: http://bit.ly/1jMxLBI !

Mulroney, board chair at Quebecor Inc., interfered with Marois's campaign by conning poor old Pierre Karl Péladeau, lead shareholder in Quebecor Inc., into running provincially and thereby keeping the Parti Québécois in power and use them to dilute Trudeau votes in 2015.

But alas, Pierre Karl fell of his bike and crashed, as did Marois.

Harper stashed Couillard on CSIS oversight along side the now jailed Dr. Arthur Porter: http://bit.ly/1gdXiM0 .

When the Quebec voters see that Couillard is connected to both Mulroney and Harper and that Couillard doctored for the Saudi's: http://bit.ly/1hpboyS , they might just be confused and opt to vote for Trudeau in 2015.”

They have no reason that this tiger will change its' stripes and therefore reflect back to the times of balanced and fiscally well managed government, a proper balance of resource extraction and manufacturing, social programs and support for social institutions such as the services for veterans, the CBC, unemployment and jobs.

Harper has ensured that it will be an election on minimizing the damage, cutting our losses, and getting on with socially responsible governance.”
