“After reading this story and living in Canada I am writing emails to everyone in my address book who lives in Canada and encouring them to contact St. Peters and reconsider their invitation based upon Palin's past performances of lies and deliberate attemtps to derail the health care debates in the US. She is no one we want or need in Canada, for she is an unwanted and unneeded distraction to our country. Palin is incapable of speaking truth, and she has nothing credible to contribute to public dialogue on anything!!!!

I called the Juavinski Cancer Centre, told them why I was calling and was placed in administrations voice mail. After a third attempt a very rude receptionists told me "voicemail" was the means of contacting the hospital about this matter. I would prefer to call it "screening" calls or complaints! However, with some success I made a fourth telephone call and left a blunt message expressing my outrage and protest of a faciility which receives public funds to invite a speaker who openly opposes Canada's health care system, and a woman who is a known liar and has no crediblity except to create harmful distraction, this woman has no place in a Canadian health care facility as an invited guest/speaker.
