“I think she looks great before and after. My husband photoshops some bikini models pictures for a NYC photographer website and I see the before and afters a lot of women have stretch marks, scars...and pooch stomachs that all get erased out. No one is perfect..believe that. Some of these women are video girls, Maxim models..they are not all perfect. Although some are close..lol.”

“Adultery isn't a crime but it's a sin. I guess it applies only if you believe in a higher power..which I do. Someone who doesn't then I guess they are free to do anything without consequence as long as it's not illegal.

Whatever the case. I hope this man gets paid. I also would like to add, I don't hold out much hope for a new relationship built on this kind of foundation. I know sometimes they work out but Eddie has a history so good luck LeAnn.”

“He'll get what California divorce law allows. I've been on the receiving end of this in a no-fault state and adultery isn't an issue for the court.”

“I remember seeing her Biography on the Biography channel and she was soo devastated by her father's infidelity to her mother. She had the hardest time forgiving him and yet she turned around and did it to her husband. I hope her husband is compensated because she basically called him and Cibrian's a liar in the press when Cibrian's wife accused her of adultery. She denied it even when there was video evidence to the contrary.”

greymom replied on Dec 19, 2009 at 17:55:59

“Like Tiger, who was devastated by his father's infidelity, and revisits this behavior on his wife. Maybe that is why some children who were molested become molesters.”

madisonhack replied on Dec 19, 2009 at 15:09:06

“If it's a no-fault state adultery need not be mentioned in the divorce. Fifty/fifty is where they start, minus an allowance for what was brought into the marriage and any pre-nups.

Adultery is not a crime.”

“Kinda' like the Jolie-Pitt-Aniston-Jon Voight situation. Angie couldn't stand that her father cheated on her mother, Marcheline, yet it was just fine for her to do the same thing with another woman's husband. I find that people who "protest too much" about certain character flaws in others are the most likely to do just that!”

“No I have to disagree. Though I do remember the uproar that was caused when Bruce Willis outted Cybil Sheppard for trying to use the vaseline on the lens. These tricks are way more harmful that the ones you described because with photoshop you can make someone seem taller than they are, slimmer than they are, change their skin tone, hair color. It allows people to print and post pictures that are never going to be achieved in real life.

With vaseline on the lens you still have that person's basic face or body..you aren't making them 4 inches taller and slimmer looking. They have to work with their God given assets. So nope. I can't agree. This is creating a false image that young girls and in this particular case, older women are trying to achieve and that's not right.”

byla replied on Dec 17, 2009 at 17:03:40

“There was no "outing" It was obvious they used some sort of filter to make Cybill Shepherd's lines disappear and soften her face overall.”

“Nope. No nerve was hit. I just said what immediately came to mind when I read your comment. Was it supposed to hit a nerve is that why you are here? I'm just here trying to understand what's going on with this bill, what is in it as it seems to change almost daily now. I have heard of a right to work state, I live in one. I disagree with you. It is force when your only choices are these insurance companies and they have no other option that might compete with them. And my own insurance may and probably will rise so I would be looking at other options but if all of the options are expensive..then what? What I would like to see is something that would reign in the costs and stop paying these CEO's enormous salaries and find ways of controlling administrative costs. So far from what I gather that is not really happening in this current version of the bill.

I'm sitting here reading your response to me and trying to figure out why you are so snarky in your response Calm down. No one is trying to attack, at least I'm not. All I said was, you could take your words and substitute them with insurance company and I still believe it works very well. You have a great day now. :) :) :)”

“Wow Andrea...your description of unions sounds suspiciously like a description of the health insurance industry. You could substitute Don't push it..they just might strike with ..don't push it or they'll raise your rates of drop you. Now without any single payer or public option that's just what they'll do. Thank God for the Unions because MAYBE the average people might have a prayer now.”

Andrea Castillo replied on Dec 17, 2009 at 15:57:50

“Did I hit a nerve? My comment was germane to special interests (of all kinds) in general. I never mentioned "unions" once, nor was I trying to implicitly single them out.

Anyways, your comparison of unions to insurance company premiums is quite backwards, although not for the reasons that you might have thought I would submit. Heard of anything called a "right to work" state? Why do we need the distinction? Also, no one is forcing you to purchase a plan from any particular insurance company. If you are dissatisfied with yours, why don't you patronize a different company?

Also, are you under the impression that the price mechanism is arbitrary and vengeful?”

“She's right how is she supposed to look. The problem with Hollywood is they have photo shopped things to oblivion and now we have people trying to look like the pictures and it's impossible at any age. There is a level of perfection that is created via photo magic that makes us look twice at people when they are in front of us without that magic. It's really not doing anyone any favors. Just show us in all our "glory".”

“What I don't get is how you can come out and say you will not vote for a bill without the option and then when it's taken away not stand by that word. I understand perfectly well what he's saying. But honestly I don't really understand what this new version of the bill is. From what I've gathered and I definitely could be wrong, people will be required to buy insurance from private companies and not have any sort of bargaining chip when it comes to their rates because we won't have any option to keep them in check. I would love for someone, anyone to explain what this current version of the bill looks like. Does anyone know what the language of it is saying definitively? I have not heard anyone say what it is. It's hard for me to say whether I'm for or against something when I don't have a clue what's in there. I know the public option isn't but what is?”
