“I was in Dubai five years ago and I saw a lot of unfinished buildings. I'm pretty sure that most of those projects are still incomplete. Dubai is trying too hard to be the next capital of the world.”

“Uh.. you saw a lot of unfinished buildings because Dubai has been constructing buildings at an incredibly fast pace; at any given time there are probably 100 buildings under construction in Dubai. The projects you saw then are almost definitely complete; the city has been really good at building lots of things and doing it really, really fast. They haven't had a problem finishing construction, the problem is that they are constructing too much, too fast.”

“This individual voted yes for the HR bill because of electoral ramifications not because of his conscience. He voted against the stimulus bill, a bill that greatly affected his district in a positive way. Was that because of his conscience too.”
