“That is completely incorrect. Wonder where you heard it, cause it was obviously not first hand experience. After the fall of the regime citizens would gather the documents to either find information on their loved ones, weapons, etc... or even use the information as a blackmail tool against individuals and political parties. When they noticed that militia started to come after them, they started to incinerate the documents by the truck loads.... Before you answer "yes" to anything use credible sources please, otherwise you look like you do now. misinformed.”
