“I have been selling candy at my high school since my Junior year and it has been paying really well, unbeliveably.
I worked at target in September but I was laid off after the month was over, which forced me to go back to the candy selling business. I now have 2 peopl working for me and I make $80 a week in profit that goes in my pocket and my partners get their share as well.
The economy has effected my family, but not in a way that we cannot manage. With a few cutbacks and me helping out and providing for some of my needs and wants I give my parents a extra hand with getting by.”

It was a sad attempt at satire and wound up just being flat out racist. It wasn't funny at all it's a downright shame.

My take: Hildebrand, whose profile tells us he is a political consultant and campaign manager all his life, cannot face up the arguments of real progressives who point out that : 1. Obama has flip-flopped on lots of promises since the election 2. Obama has failed to pick a member of the democratic wing of the democratic party to his cabinet. I am a lifelong progressive and up til this article, I had never heard of Hildebrand. I guess I know why. He's little more than a Rove reincarnation.”

“You know I made phone calls too (a ton of them ), I donated and bought merchandise, I spent time convincing democrats and republicans to vote for Obama and I want Obama to keep his PROMISES as well but I'm not going to criticize him before he takes office when the guy hasn't technically done anything (besides pick his cabinet).
This is the man I supported throughout the primaries and the general election and I wouldn't have supported the guy if I didn't trust his judgment.
