“Yeah well what if you don't qualify for Pell Grants, as determined by fafsa, and your only means of affording your education is by the money that the gov't lends you (Federal Stafford Loans), which are preset in the amount that you recieve based on your undergraduate year, and private loans to cover the gap between what you can pay out of pocket and the financial aid?”

And don't you think that if that happens they should get more time in jail especially if they run away from the scene?
