“Its funny how a wannabe cop can grow a set of b*lls because he's packing. If he was unarmed he would not have approached Trayvon and he would have done what the police dispatcher intstructed him to do......... stay back and let law enforcement handle it.”
“Ted Cruz "fearless"?, not so much. I think he takes notes from the right-wing "hatertainment" media, kicks up the rhetoric and gets "some" republican voters all fired up. A male version of Sarah Palin, a political version of Wayne LaPierre.
I sure hope he is the next nominee of the Republican Party. ;) LOL”
“Your ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! But your off on your math....313 million Americans minus 4 Million Americans that belong to the NRA (which many also agree on background checks) equals 309 million Americans not 209 million.”
“I would love to be here among the living 500 years from now and hear the comments on how utterly backwards those so called "scientist" (us) back at the turn of the millenia (2000) , much like we compare our brilliant scientific minds to the alchemist of the 1500's.”

“what? There are scientific truths that endure. Yes - science evolves - it's a journey. It's dynamic. We take what enables us to move forward. Our scientific minds are brilliant. We have space travel, we cure diseases, we have technology that allows us to use a phone like a computer. Science isn't static. That alchemist helped future scientists. It's called experimentation and exploration. And our scientists now are laying the groundwork for the future brilliant minds. Of course we will move beyond where we are in 500 years - but not without a debt to contemporary science and scientists.”

“I'm sure that made a lot of sense in your head but... ”
“JRTOTT, your absolutely right...... but after reading Reality's comment, "If you need more money after that, maybe think about investing when you're 30" His comment is fine if you live in a perfect world, but that's not always the case.
Like you, I also worked for a major airline that had a pension, but sadly the airline was liquidated, my second airline employer "froze" their pension after I put in eighteen years and then merged with another that doesn't offer a pension. My 401K from my second airline was transferred after the merger.
401k's were meant to be a supplement for pensions, not a substitute. The pension plan can afford to support people who live to 90, because some of its members will expire at 66. It subsidizes its more robust members from the resources of those who die young. This is why a 401(k) is not a true substitute.
So, the plan to totally screw the American worker is set, no pension, crappy 401k, and Social Security that may or may not be their when you retire.
Let's get our priorities straight:
- Stop raiding Social Security
- Stop accepting fraudulent recipients and prosecute those who do commit fraud
- Stop the corporate welfare
- Stop being the "Policeman of the World"
“In 2006, an interviewer from the British newspaper The Independent questioned Nugent about a 1977 interview in High Times magazine in which Nugent admitted taking steps to avoid the Vietnam draft. In the interview Nugent says, contrary to the story in High Times, that "I had a 1Y [student deferment]. I enrolled at Oakland Community College." Nugent also admitted to making up the story because the High Times reporter was "gullible"
I guess the jokes on him for starting his own "urban myth".”
“Opinions from a guy who defecated on himself until his undies were full of a mixture of caked and fresh feces to fool the draft board during the Vietnam War. A real "True American Patriot." He's not afraid to shoot animals, as long as their not shooting back at him.”

“That never happened. Just another made-up story to make Ted Nugent look crazy.”
Matthew 26:52 “Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.
Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
Matthew 5:38-42 38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[a] 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. 41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. 42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. You have heard that it was said, ‘ You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy,’ but I say to you , love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you in order that you may be sons of your Father who is in Heaven, for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and unrighteous.””

“Tough Gut Ted Nugent: Expert target eliminator: Zealot of automatic military firearms is a FRAUD!
" In that 1990 interview with the Free Press and from information collected from the Chickenhawk Web site, Nugent told about how he avoided the draft: "He claims that 30 days before his Draft Board Physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last 10 days he ingested nothing but junk food and Pepsi, and a week before his physical, he stopped using the bathroom altogether, virtually living inside his pants caked with excrement and urine. That spectacle won Nugent a deferment."”

“It's funny how this young womans supposed rights were violated. She doesn't talk about any of the administration policy that she thinks is wrong. But she goes out of her way to express her racist opinions and then hopes that "OUR" President would get assisinated.
I wasn't to fond of the Bush I & II, but I never wished harm on either one of them.”

“I'm with you, not matter if I agree or disagree with our officials I have never wished harm to any of therm.”
