“yeah, people do crazy things during a 2 day interrogation at 5 in the morning. She must have done it. They wouldn't let her leave until she pointed a finger at someone and now is also being charged with slander for blaming the wrong person. The prosecutor is currently on trial for misconduct so I'm sure everything was done by the book. The man who has already been convicted of the murder did not initially blame Amanda and her boyfriend. It was only after his conviction did he change his story.”

“It is but consider this: One woman was convicted of murdering her husband not long ago based upon her behavior after. Her way of coping was to party. He died of natural causes but that didn't keep her out or prison while she was waiting for her conviction to be overturned and to finally be completely exonerated.”

it sounds like you are NOT thinking.
if the boy was so easily restrained, why didn't his PARENTS restrain him? do you have kids? do you call the cops when your kids don't listen to you? i suspect not.
so obviously the situation was threatening enough that the parents called for help.
and cops do not "wrestle kids down". that's escalation. cops are given tasers so they don't have to escalate. instead the taser gives them a method to establish control of the situation while minimizing risk to themselves and to the suspect.
you are not seeing the big picture, you are reacting emotionally.”
