“You do see that you are doing just what I noted. Holder's actions in Philadelphia are the same as the actions of those Attorney Generals, appointed by Bush. They too acted according to the law when there wasn't sufficient evidence to prosecute. The difference was they were dismissed because of their actions. I believe there were eight of them.
Again it seems to depend upon what you want as to whether Holder is right or wrong, never according to the law. I notice it's more often the way many, like yourself, judge the ACLU. He's right when he does what I want he's corrupt when he does otherwise. .”

“And true to your colors when Holder stands up for the law and you think it should be otherwise it's he who is wrong. If he does what you want he's an okay guy. This is the one cabinet member who is completely free of political influence from the adminsitration. It's the law he follows and Obama may not agree with him but he does not attempt to fire him and get someone else in thee.”

“OH yeah, like when holder refused to investigate voter intimidation in Philadelphia. yes that guy sure is a tough one. Yeah, he is free from political influence... lol.”

“Verification of this was O'Reiley stating "I don't care about the Constitution" when he was arguing a point. The sublime ignorance of so many on the right when it comes to what this country was founded on and what it really stands for is the one true constant.”

“You really think that the evidence at that trial compares to this. Do you not recall that we had evidence that the chain of evidence was fouled up. We may know and/or believe something but that does not mean the evidence we have will support it.
Not knowing what happened at that trial. which is the only way you can believe the justice system failed, indicates you know nothing about the law, rules of evidence. and innocent until proven guilty.”

“Your missing an important aspect of this trial. Just as in the Nuremberg trials, this is going to be a stage on which the American form of justice and law and order is desplayed. If you haven't paid attention to federal court practices you must have seen something like it on television. Judges do not, the good ones that is, allow their courtroom to be disrupted. If it means they are removed from the room itself and watch the proceedings on television than so be it. It's been done before.
I have no doubt whatsoever the lawyers and the judge will be the best there is, and they will follow the rules of evidence and conduct to the letter. We should be proud.”

“One thing those ole' television shows (from which you assume my education was derived) didn't explain is how a non-citizen can be tried in civilian court. Was he read his rights? No? Well, then - case dismissed. And - he was tortured? Yes? Well then - case dismissed and let's make financial reparations. And so on and so on.
Also, why NY? 9/11 included attacks in PA (with IL the object) and on our military command in DC.
It simply does not make sense.”

“What you've done hear is to repeat the current blog items about lobbiest writing bills. What you have failed at is not following this particular bill, who wrote it, etc. You can bet this was not written by any lobbiest.
How the blogs that reported on lobby bills was by comparing the language on numerous memos etc. and seeing the working being alike.
Primarily what your doing is repeating something you are told or heard and taking it out of context. You must do a better job of quetioning your sources.”

“Correct, it's a nefarious plot by the democratic politicians to - let's see - what - for the life of me I can't see how they benefit.
All those little items, keeping our kids on insurance plan till there in their mid twenties in this horrible job climate. That's really bad.
Not allowing for abused woman, pre-existing conditions, skinny or fat babies, having acne, etc. to purchase insurance. That's really bad.
Try looking into this instead of listening to your limited sources.”

“Your a bloody fool to continue with the "government takeover" crap. And since it's obvious you've never read or understood the constitution do refrain from using its name in vain.
The debunked number of 47 million is only debunked in the partisan press. When there is any challenge to the number it usually comes in around 42 or 39 million. It would help if you read and checked sources more.
As to the stimulus money, its for job friend, those things people need in order to have insurance.
Take a long look at all those free clinics where working people have no insurance. They are called the working poor. If your poor you can't afford it so how/when does a tax credit system work?”

“Your figure of 500 billion wrong to begin with. The estimate is 500 million.
Wrong again, the only benefits that may be reduced is with the Medicare advanage programs. Those are the programs that offer more benefits, through private insurers, than regular Medicare does. And how do they do it, because the government pays them extra funds. So now, no more taxpayer incentive monies and yes private insurers will probably offer less or increase cost.
Your as incorrect with your knowledge of the health care programs as you are on the money.”

I doubt there are many if any doctors who can't have the comforts and luxuries of life, send their kids to college, and manage a good retirement. That's a very good life. As for acquiring great wealth as the cost of people's health I may not be able to tell them differently but I have the right to arrange my world so that this does not happen.”

“Remember that $500 million is what has been touted as the results of cleaning up some of the mess in medicare. Then there is the federal reward given to many, if not all, those Medicare advantage insurance companies. I call that leveling the benefits so we all get the same. If one wants additional benefits it's not up to the tax payer to reimburse companies who provide them”

As is often the case its others who keep bringing it up and hope to make much of it for their own reasons.
