“I'm not familiar with the specific policing policies that he has implemented but I can imagine at least one way for a Mayor to "push" crime into an area: by increasing police presence in one high crime area, the criminal activity moves to an area with less "heat". If the policing strategy doesn't adjust the criminals settle into the new area. I don't know that this is what happened, and if it did, I wouldn't suspect that it was intentional, but it's a legitimate answer to your question. It happens in the DC Metro area quite a bit because there are multiple jurisdictions. When the police increase their presence in DC around the city line the criminals will move into Maryland or Virgina and vice versa.”

The fact is that factory farming (both meat and dairy) is repsonsible for many health problems including multi-drug resistant strains of Staph (which nearly killed my father-in-law) and the early onset of puberty in young girls. These are caused by the oversue of antibiotcs to offest inhumane, unhealthy "licing" conditions and the use hormones or other chemical enhancements to increase prodction and PROFIT. All the while these mega corporation factory farms collect tax -payer funded farm susbisides that were originally designed to help small independant family farmers during the Great Depression. Talk about an entitlement program...”
